I don't think water is included for those townhomes. It is rarely included for townhomes. Mostly condos.
My friend who bought this only had to get hydro and gas connection.
Everything else was included in the condo fee

Not for all parts of India, but yeah it is much affordable considering the amount you can earn and live comfortably in Calgary
