After watching all the videos of this product I bought it. I have mild frizzy hair. This product is a total waste of money. It only makes my hair warm, while brushing, it makes you feel that your hair is getting straighten but just after 5 minutes hair is frizzy wavy. BIG NO !!!!!!

Any heating appliance would damage the hair. We can always use a heat protectant to control the damage and have a healthy hair care routine. Hope this helps!

It doesn’t burn the scalp or ears. I’m kinda impatient and use it quickly just like a normal brush after detangling my hair and I’ve never had an issue with the heat so far. If you have a beauty shop around where you live you can usually try it out before you buy

Arushi Mathur hi Arushi, it totally depends on firstly what’s the purpose and the kind of hair you have.. dyson as a product is a one stop for smoothening and curling and adding volume etc.. Philips is simply a straightening/ smoothening brush. If you just want to straighten then then Philips is decent. It also depends on your budget if you would like to invest in a bull blown expensive product like dyson, but I use it for my sort curls and everyday natural hair style. Big difference is ofcourse dyson is less damaging than Philips as dyson uses air and Philips uses heat. Sorry if I confused u more, but it’s really a factor of all these things
It is not useful for thin hair it damaged my hair so i went back to my Braun straightening flat it takes steps and time but at least has ions which helps protect hair

dr.dolly pandey hi, definitely cannot be parkour result but for home it’s quite perfect.. the blow dry look is anyway a different kinds and needs that kind of technique which no one can properly do at home. But for 3000 bucks this is a steal for do it yourself hair 😊

If you want very very straight look then go for straightner. Else this brush does good job.
