Im from NY so what ive learned if you like ny style pizza is 8 min is the magic number! To toss use one closed hand and one open hand. Oil your dough before you put sauce to avoid soggy crust. Ny style is crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Trust me it is cooked at 8 min fully it just doesn't darken the cheese. I know u like crisp bottom just try it was game changer for me! I'd put both pesto on the crust then sauce on the middle or drizzle it on after! Your pizza look so good I do your rack trick so genius!🎉❤ manja!

every time i have leftover homemade pizza, i let it cool, vacuum seal and freeze it. (i usually vacuum seal them individually in case someone just wants one as a quick snack) they hold up pretty well, and can be just throw in the toaster oven straight from the freezer!

I make a sausage gravy breakfast pizza.....crust, sausage gravy, already scrambled eggs and then cheese. That was great!!! I make my pizzas as a meal anymore so I load them up with more ingredients. More sausage gravy and eggs...last time I used 5 eggs but probably will use a couple more next time. I also like pepperoni, mushrooms and bacon on my regular pizza. It's fun to play with food!!!! Your pizzas looked great!!!

When you know how much free glutamate(which affects the excitatory neurotransmitter, glutamate), adding monosodium glutamate is not necessary. Free glutamate is in all meats, broth, dairy(super high in Parmesan), nightshade veggies, etc.

I do the same. Wire rack keeps it legit. That 00 does make a big difference, more crispy. They all looked great.. 🤙
Pepperoni isn’t actually used in Italy on pizza : you can find pizza with Salamino, Spianata Calabrese o Induja
You could do half half with the Italian sausage. I think it’s pretty common to find half n half pizza 🍕 out there…

I make my own pesto, and if you grow basil in your garden, homemade pesto is so good, u will never use store bought again!

Pepperoni means bell pepper in Italian. Salami is what you say.
