As wonderful as the facilities are, I couldn’t live somewhere without a couch for the tv..
I agree, if you are staying for a number of weeks a sofa in a room is vital to me as well.

I visited Thailand twice so far cause my wife family are still there but one thing I really hate are they do have a washer at the house but no dryer 😂✌🏽
Love your videos! Also, are there larger condos available? I understand that people want "budget friendly", but as someone considering Thailand I would love to have extra space and a "western" style kitchen with all the amenities and convenience that come with a condo. Or are there houses to rent that you can easily get amenities like a pool and gym?

😅Thank , can you give me some feedback on the smoke around Chiang Mai and Northern Thailand, we are due to spend 18 days there from February 2nd. Coming from Australia. Should we change and go to Phuket area.
All the farmers are burning their crops around this time, so its gonna be very poor air quality. From what I've understood, most people go to Koh samui or any of the other islands during this time (burning season). but i guess Phuket is a good place to be as well. If you got asthma or other problems with your respiratory system, id skip any place in Thailand that isn't an island during this time, or at least bring a 3m mask that filters out the pollution.

Should we assume prices are based on a 1 year lease? If so do condos in Thailand give 3 or 6 month leases and how much does that effect the price?
