This is an encouraging read from Matthew 6, you may know it but I find it helpful. 25“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27Which of you by worrying can add one [j]cubit to his [k]stature? 28“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not [l]arrayed like one of these. 30Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
In faith, Repent daily, read the bible daily, show grace daily, be in his presence daily and most importantly, do this humble and faithfully in obedience. Salvation is not guaranteed nor are blessings. We are not blessed nor do we receive salvation through attendance of church or our works in the name of God. It is only through Christ and our daily faithfulness that we receive blessings and salvation. Know the difference between your soul and your spirit, once you do you, you will know how to strengthen both. God bless Godspeed.
Hang in brother. We are in the same boat. Living in a small trailer and just making it. But remember God's faithfulness and stay faithful. We may slip at times but stay the course. Our reward will be great. Maybe not in this world but our final destination. It'll be worth it. I have my good days and my very bad days wondering when God will come through. I struggle with seeing how well off everyone else is. Don't get yourself down brother, I know He hears us.
Read God's word for yourself. Don't wait until Bible study or church to read with your pastor. Don't worry about what people are going to say to you. They will try to say you are too holy. They may even exclude you from things. That's a good sign that you are on the right path. Jesus was our example to live life acceptable to God, not the world. No one can get you into heaven, but Jesus. Remember that we will always mess up, the spirit will convict us, and we must repent right away. Help others and never be scared to tell people God's word
Laying everything down for Christ isn't easy. I've been living in my car for several months now. Been putting God first though and have been spending 4 hours a day in the Bible, praying and some fasting. I am seeing breakthroughs even today looks blessed. God has a plan for my life in the midst of this and I am hanging onto my Faith.
Amen, ive laid everything down, my life is yours Lord, use me all in Your strength , Your kingdom come , lost souls priority. Victory has been every day since, broken habitual sin, on fire for You Lord. Thankyou for your forgivness Father, thank you for showing me i was lacking in fear for You, humility and true brokenness over my sin, thankyou that if we ask you for anything, in your will in our life, you do it, that You do everything thru us, because Lord i can do nothing without You. I pray ppl see this get revelation and see what they need to do for their life to change and live successfully for You always. In Jesus mighty name Amen ❤
Thank you you speak the truth and put it out there for other people to see and hear I appreciate that I try to take it into my workplace as the Lord leads and to those around me thank you for giving an example for those who are trying to follow the Lord's leading
I have been told that the first and last message that Christ preached was one on repentance and you don't hardly ever hear any preaching nowadays about repentance

Turning from sin is a good but it doesn't contribute to your salvation at all. Christ alone saves us, not ourselves. To accept the gift Christ is giving you simply have faith that Christ has paid for your sins. That's it.
@@theodoreritola7641 You should share your faith. We are told to go and make disciples of all the nations. Telling people not to share their faith is borderline heretical if not just straight up heresy. You sir have been listening to a false preacher, whoever that may be that has told you these things. Have a blessed day.
Ihave preached Jesus and his death and resurrection forgiveness of sins to total strangers out of nowhere lately. As well as letting them know of Gods righteous wrath and judgement. Ray Comfort! Thx for the years of solid insight and grounded Word. You've brought so much useful information to my walk that I've been able to incorporate throughout my walk.
@@mnieder5300 How does it feel to have imaginary friends and an imaginary enemy? I gave up that absurdity when I was 4. Of course I just had one imaginary friend I made up, you share yours. Do you find it odd sharing the imaginary enemy with every religion ?
👏Amen Brother Comfort! This exact subject matter was discussed in the "American Gospel (Christ Alone)" documentary about 6 years ago. We need to be better in our Daily Walk and in our Doctrine! Christian's should not be separated by denominations we should be a Unified body of Believers as the Scriptures tell us we need to be.

@@theodoreritola7641 I urge you to go to a Seminary school and to study the Greek language. The key word here is "believe" it comes from the Greek word "pisteuo" which in context means way more than you may think it does and has way more meaning than how we commonly use it in our modern English.
@@theodoreritola7641what do you make of the scripture I quoted? Also acts 2:38 speak of repentance and being baptized for the remission of sins. If you believe and trust and follow Jesus then you will keep his commandments . Even the devil believes in Jesus , belief alone does nothing
I will try to keep this as short and simple as I can🙏. Words like "believe" and "love" for example are used over and over in Scripture. In most cases especially those when the Apostles are using them, they carry a lot of meaning and weight and more often than not being used as a Verb, meaning these words have an Action or State of Being attached to them. So in order for us to be true "believers" there has to be more than just a conscious awareness of GOD and JESUS Sacrifice for our sins. We must also live a life that is consistent with the WORD and the Way JESUS lived his life. For example: JESUS getting Baptized. So in order for us to truly "believe" we must have a Life, Faith and Love (Born again Walk with GOD) that serves GOD only because He is the ultimate judge. We cannot Serve 2 Masters! Our lives should be a living Service/Testimony to GOD and others. As we are instructed to Love and share the Gospel with everyone. In conclusion you cannot continue in habitual sin and receive forgiveness and "believe" is a CHRIST accepting, Sin Repenting, GOD serving, Born-Again Holy Spirit filled life. I pray this helps you and your walk with CHRIST!

This is very true. I came from a church that is very contemporary. I used to be invoked in the ministry. But I already left since 6 years ago and thank God He led me back and led me to a church that concentrates on teaching the Bible and God’s 10 Commandments. This particular church where I came from has many branches all over the world as it is rooted in church planting and reaching the campus. But its primary mission was to honor God and make disciples. So, the church was more concerned on quantity rather than quality. They wanted more members and develop more leaders…. Who knew nothing. I was one of them. They would only teach what they deem “fit”. The knowledge of the Bible was very poor amongst the members especially the books of the Bible concerning the time we are living now, we are in the end times. The small groups wherein they supposed to study the Bible either becomes a social group where they eat in restaurants or have coffee or do sports and other activities (which are normally posted on Facebook - to show what they do) or they would rather read a Christian book and study that. And not all Christian books are good and worthy to study but the Bible is. They use the “money” of the church in projects that may not be as important as buying food and giving to the needy or do evangelism or evangelize in prisons. They would spend for “worship concerts” wherein they use worship music very similar to what secular music plays- rock, alternative, etc and sometimes they would include hints of reggae, hip hop and rap which we thought was normal in an Evangelical Christian church. I learned after I left that these are types of music that takes away the focus on God during worship services and creates distraction to others who are in the service because they are similar to secular music which the devil uses. God is not a good of distraction nor confusion. They would evangelize people who are already in church to attend their seminars and call it training and in their other programs they would teach their members especially the new believers how to be free or victorious in life. There would be gossips and they would tolerate some staff to continue to gossip and treat others in a very harsh and unmannered way not calling their attention because they need the manpower. This is a sacrifice of the integrity of the church pastors, leaders and workers just to be able to retain and continue what they are doing even if it is bad and unhealthy for the spiritual growth of others. In a way, it doesn’t represent Christ and His teachings as it should be. They would always say, “this is why we need Christ “. I agree but we cannot make it as an excuse not to change or try to change what we need to change in ourselves, to better ourselves for the glory of God, to be a good representative of the Lord. In addition, the church never included nor even mentioned about the importance of God’s 10 Commandments which is the basis of everything about living and how to live a victorious life. They forget to be reminded of our faulty nature because we are naturally sinful. In general, it becomes more social rather than being there to truly dive deep to study the word of God. Sadly, the church would also practice the “cancel culture” especially to those who have decided to leave most especially coming from the leaders, pastors and staff. Which, some of the former members like myself would think whether the church is really sincere with their work as followers and workers for Christ. As the Bible says in Matthew 7:21-23, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; leave Me, you who practice lawlessness.’

I worry about hell for all those who are dying today! How terrible it’s gonna be and maybe we could have made them think! Maybe we could have helped poerce their hearts with the word. Lemme tell ya the fear of eternal torment in hell was a big part of my coming to true repentance. People wanna leave that out of the conversation all together now when talking to unbelievers and my point is simply this…unless they know what the bad news is, Gods wrath, how will they ever understand just how wonderful the good news is!!!! That’s like telling someone who wants for nothing, congratulations! You won the lottery! While they would be happy to know it, theoretically, they couldn’t possibly understand what good news that is like someone who was living on the streets hungry every day. Am I right? Or freedom for someone on death row vs freedom for someone who already thinks he’s free

A tabernacle......you mean a tent that moves around? I agree the church should not be stuck in one place for only the same people. Theres many fish in the sea and the sea is vast and great. Staying put will Only limit the reach of the gospel. We are the body not the church edifice built by the hands of men, where God says in His word, does not dwell...... Didn't Jesus bring the temple down and build it back up but not at a geological location 🤔 our hearts
Church, Greek ekklesia, means ‘called-out ones’. It is the collective of all believers, not a hegemonic corporation that used to burn scriptural believers at the stake.
The church are the people of God, not a temple or “building” Christ said to go do as as I have done, not open a temple and let them come to you, nor go speak the word of God and get paid for it. Christ never had his own temple nor received worldly currency. Christ didn’t keep the company of priests, he walked with sinners. God bless and Godspeed
@@jonathansantos-bn1vw you do not “need “ a building to gather. You want a building, you don’t need a building. @@carloscastillo4741 its not about the building, when people gather its just natural to pick one spot for all to gather, could be outside at a park, a house, a theater, a studio whatever you want. thats what church is.
@@jonathansantos-bn1vw natural to the world, not to God or Christ. Conforming to the world is compromising your faith. If what we do is not commanded by the word of God then it is not the will of God but the will mankind. The word is how we know something is of God or against God. There’s man’s law and will and there’s Gods law and will. Our faith and the Holy Spirit tells us the difference. We must repent, have faith, grace, pray, read and stay in Gods presence.
@@carloscastillo4741 the word commands us to not forsake the gathering of eachother, gathering of each other = church , to gather all together we choose one spot, what are you saying that we shouldn't do church?
Charismatic churches and many nondenominational churches have lost the plot completely. Lots of motivational speeches, no talk of sin or repentance, fluffy topical sermons, no meat of the word verse-by-verse teaching, no discipleship, no church discipline, lots of self-promotion and female pastors galore. 😢
Which churches have you personally been to that you know they are only presenting a motivational speech every week and never preaching go and be a tabernacle of witnesses in the wilderness? We have Christians have made it a sport to insult Jesus's bride and I don't know if that is a good idea. And yes there are false churches but by the way the preachers on the radio, youtube, and local pulpits, you'd think no church on this planet is doing anything right.
You don’t have to “personally” go to a church to know what its theology and message is. Denominations have official positions, churches have web pages and TH-cam channels, and their members have positions that are measurable via poles. By comparing such sources to the scriptures, it’s easily verifiable that most churches are counterfeits of Christianity. That is, most of “the church” is not part of Christ’s church. The scriptures repeatedly command judging within the church and putting out false Christians. For a preacher, failing to warn believers is rebellion against God’s commands.

Faith comes from hearing the word of God. 99% of churches neglect the public reading of Scripture. The Holy Spirit can not operate well in a Scriptural desert. "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.'' Hosea 4:6 The public reading of Scripture is an ancient tradition that was passed onto the first Christians by the Apostles. Our brothers who lived during the first four centuries of the Church's existence devoted far more time to reading the word of God aloud during their meetings than we do today. Few people study the Scriptures as much as they should. It is therefor the duty of every church leaders to read the books of the Bible, from the Book of Genesis through the Book of Revelation, in the hearing of church members, their children, and unsaved visitors, while also continuing to preach, and to teach,- and to encourage people to read and to study the Bible on their own. I recommend that at least thirty minutes of regular weekend church services be devoted to reading the Bible aloud; reading through the New Testament at least once a year, and reading through the Old Testament about once every six to eight years. The Apostle Paul instructed Timothy to read his letters aloud during church services. "Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation and teaching." 1st Timothy 4:13 NASB The Apostle John assumed that the Books of Revelation would be read in the churches. "Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear,..” Revelation 1:3 ESV God commanded the Prophet Jeremiah to read aloud His word in Solomon's Temple. “..in the hearing of all the people in the Lord's house you shall read the words of the LORD" Jeremiah 36:6 ESV - The Apostle Paul wrote in 1st Thessalonians 5:27, "I put you under oath before the Lord to have this letter read to all the brothers." Does Paul’s apostolic command apply only to the First Century church leaders at Thessalonica? Of coarse not! The Holy Spirit compels all church leaders to do the same, until Christ's second coming. The Holy Spirit works through the Scriptures to convict people of their sin, of their guilt, of their need to repent, and of the certainty of judgment. That is why 'offensive' passages, mostly having to do with sexual immorality, adultery, and divorce, and greed are avoided by today's church leaders. "All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed." John 3:20 "Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God.” John 8:47 ESV " ..they cannot listen; behold, the word of the Lord is to them an object of scorn; they take no pleasure in it." Jeremiah 6:10 ESV "Their deeds do not permit them to return to their God. A spirit of prostitution is in their heart; they do not acknowledge the LORD." Hosea 5:4 The Scriptures are more than reference books for lengthy sermons and sparsely attended midweek and pre-service Bible studies. They are the very words of God passed onto us by His holy prophets and apostles, and through them our spiritual birth in Christ Jesus is facilitated. Churchgoers need and deserve to hear more of them. ~Examine what witnesses of church services from the First through the Fourth Centuries had to say about the public reading of the Holy Scriptures. ~Tertullian, in the 2nd century said, "We meet together in order to read the sacred texts." He continues, "With the holy words we feed our faith, we arouse our hope, we confirm our confidence." "The church unites the Law and the Prophets in one volume with the writings of evangelists and apostles, from which she drinks in her faith." ~ Justin the Martyr, in the 150's said that at church services, “The memoirs of the Apostles or the writings of the prophets are read, as long as time permits.” ~ Clement of Alexandria (c. 182-202) talks of Christians in their worship, “always giving thanks in all things to God through righteous hearing and divine reading.” ~ Theodore of Antioch in the late 4th century said, “All of us, having come to faith in Christ the Lord from the nations, received the Scriptures from them and now enjoy them, reading them aloud in the churches.." Consider using the Internet and local newspapers to start home based Bible reading and study fellowships. Many 1st Century churches met in homes. "Greet also the church in their house." Romans 16:5 "Aquila and Prisca, together with the church in their house, send you hearty greetings in the Lord." 1st Corinthians 16:19 Whether you gather in a grand cathedral or in a humble dining room, God will bless you as you grow and mature together through faith, lending your ears and your hearts to His word; and as He has promised, our Lord Jesus will be there with you! Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.." Hebrews 3:7,8

What an interesting testimony, I'm in the same situation. I don't know about the breakthroughs though, not anymore.
Revive me O Lord!😢
Thank you. God Bless you and your Ministry.
Thank you, Ray and crew for always staying on the path of true, and reminding the body of Christ to stay focus.

I have been told that the first and last message that Christ preached was one on repentance and you don't hardly ever hear any preaching nowadays about repentance
John preached it and the common people responded, but not many mighty or noble folks

Turning from sin is a good but it doesn't contribute to your salvation at all. Christ alone saves us, not ourselves. To accept the gift Christ is giving you simply have faith that Christ has paid for your sins. That's it.

@@theodoreritola7641 James 2:14-24 What profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

I think it's because we don't want to hurt feelings. God forgive us

Amen.
They quench the Holy Spirit point blank, and they do it by their own works not what Yeshua wants them to do

That's why Jesus Founded only ONE CHURCH!!!
The key to Christian living is Catholicism. The modern contemporary church and all evangelical and even you Ray are FAR from the Bible and Tradition.
The Catholic church is spot on. It’s the Church of the apostles.

Works do not have any value in determining someone’s salvation. Faith + nothing = salvation. Rightly divide between salvation (free gift) and discipleship (costly works)

Faith comes from hearing the word of God. 99% of churches neglect the public reading of Scripture. The Holy Spirit can not operate well in a Scriptural desert.
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.'' Hosea 4:6
The public reading of Scripture is an ancient tradition that was passed onto the first Christians by the Apostles.
"Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation and teaching." 1st Timothy 4:13 NASB
The Apostle John assumed that the Books of Revelation would be read in the churches. "Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear,..” Revelation 1:3 ESV
God commanded the Prophet Jeremiah to read aloud His word in Solomon's Temple. “..in the hearing of all the people in the Lord's house you shall read the words of the LORD" Jeremiah 36:6 ESV -
The Apostle Paul wrote in 1st Thessalonians 5:27, "I put you under oath before the Lord to have this letter read to all the brothers." Does Paul’s apostolic command apply only to the First Century church leaders at Thessalonica? Of coarse not! The Holy Spirit compels all church leaders to do the same, until Christ's second coming. The Holy Spirit works through the Scriptures to convict people of their sin, of their guilt, of their need to repent, and of the certainty of judgment. That is why 'offensive' passages, mostly having to do with sexual immorality, adultery, and divorce, and greed are avoided by today's church leaders.
"All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed." John 3:20 "Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God.” John 8:47 ESV "
..they cannot listen; behold, the word of the Lord is to them an object of scorn; they take no pleasure in it." Jeremiah 6:10 ESV
"Their deeds do not permit them to return to their God. A spirit of prostitution is in their heart; they do not acknowledge the LORD." Hosea 5:4
The Scriptures are more than reference books for lengthy sermons and sparsely attended midweek and pre-service Bible studies.
~Tertullian, in the 2nd century said, "We meet together in order to read the sacred texts." He continues, "With the holy words we feed our faith, we arouse our hope, we confirm our confidence." "The church unites the Law and the Prophets in one volume with the writings of evangelists and apostles, from which she drinks in her faith."
~ Justin the Martyr, in the 150's said that at church services, “The memoirs of the Apostles or the writings of the prophets are read, as long as time permits.”
~ Clement of Alexandria (c. 182-202) talks of Christians in their worship, “always giving thanks in all things to God through righteous hearing and divine reading.”
~ Theodore of Antioch in the late 4th century said, “All of us, having come to faith in Christ the Lord from the nations, received the Scriptures from them and now enjoy them, reading them aloud in the churches.."
Consider using the Internet and local newspapers to start home based Bible reading and study fellowships. Many 1st Century churches met in homes.
"Greet also the church in their house." Romans 16:5
"Aquila and Prisca, together with the church in their house, send you hearty greetings in the Lord." 1st Corinthians 16:19
Whether you gather in a grand cathedral or in a humble dining room, God will bless you as you grow and mature together through faith, lending your ears and your hearts to His word; and as He has promised, our Lord Jesus will be there with you!
Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.." Hebrews 3:7,8
The primary reason the church exists is to lord power over the meek and drain their hard-worked lucra from their hands before they pass away. Still waiting for the first bit of evidence to ever be supplied... and why is your club more righteous than the one you got the ideas from?
Hello fellow reality based human! ⭐️
@@spherence Hi back! :) Reality is so simple to see, yet it is so often obscured by bias and ignorance!
Cool.
@@tarkus42 could you give an example?
@@spherence I'm happy to help. An example of what? Churches manipulating people? The hundreds of errors in the Bible? Facts that instantly debunk a 6000-year-old earth? A line of theology filled with human amendments? Or evidence that Ray has been corrected thousands of times, but he just keeps spouting the same old lies?
