Elon was the only one who was taking what they were asking seriously. He took the topic of Jesus WAY more respectful than they did. It hurt my heart to see them taking this opportunity and acting as if it was just a silly laughing matter (comedy guys or not!) I think they messed up a huge opportunity to share the Gospel appropriately with Elon. I’m not trying to cast stones - I know I don’t always get it right and miss MANY opportunities that I am accountable for. Elon seemed receptive to real discussion about Jesus. I hope they did talk more, off camera. Imagine him, with all of his influence, surrendering his life to Christ! He would be boldly getting the message of Jesus all over the world!! Reminds me to BE BOLD in my area of influence!!

So sad. In the 70s I was you. A Pentecostal evangelical pastor actually knew my former husband’s family . 10, siblings and parents before my husband was even born. He prayed for spouse as a toddler when he drank bleach, spouse was healed immediately! Many times drugged out spouse was prayed for because he wanted Bro. Woodard to pray for him in desperation. He never could change his abusive ways. On night after tent revival, pastor came to me and said something that was so true. He said I was one of the best prayer warriors BUT honestly he hated to tell me the truth that was coming. “I’ve known PL since he was born, all of the family ins and outs, I hate to tell you but he won’t change until he wants to and I hate to see you suffer so much.” Blew my mind.Truth hurts. After years of suffering I divorced. Life changed completely for the better. My child is a wonderful human being. 2 great grandkids and tremendous daughter in law. Couldn’t have happened married to PL. I prayed for spouse over 12 years. Now and then I pray if he’s still alive for God to convict his heart and save his soul. He grew up in the church! Reality is hard.🙏🏻🇺🇸
I am married 53 years to a man that does not live with faith in God but jeers and tries to trip me up all the time. My kids actually chose his way to live...really not easy. But God has never left me and is with me every minute of every day. Never let go of His hand. Ever.

Or some other variation explaining to Elon the concerns and parallels of the direction his work might be headed. Then again as Ray says, they are talking to the richest dude in the world so nerves aren't all that solid AND the whole podcast seemed like a more chill hang out thing than a Crossfire interview hammering Musk over and over about tough subjects.

I used to work for this man ray comfort and I just need to say that he is the real deal. I love this man he is the person you see on screen outside of the screen as well. Yep I went to church until 9 years and for many many years I didn't think about God . And 12 years ago something terrible happened and i cussed him and his mama.But i knew i would have to find him because at this time i was lost for 8 miserable years. I started watching a Pastor on tv .He tells it like it is he'll even tell ya he doesn't care if you believe or not .And 6 years later in the beginning of February I felt something i have never felt before, it was like someone told me to try to think of all these thoughts that kept me up at night and when i did the thoughts didn't bother me and i sleep pretty good.The thoughts still come and go but they don't bother me anymore. I'm like my Pastor i don't care if you believe or not, that's on you not me.
The three men on the show seemed so intent to be Who got Elon to except God in his life. Perhaps so they could be The Ones that did it. I was put down this very day because a friend didn't believe God had answered a prayer I'd asked him. He told me God didn't speak to us lowely humans. The next day I called the TV Station and got the info, and followed up. I order “Born Again” I still talk about this 25 yrs later. I have grown as a Christian since I viewed his tape. I joined a Pentecostal Church, and never looked back. You can’t change your heart by yourself, you need the Holy Spirit, and the will to change.

We are ALL (including you) full of pride and arrogance but that doesn’t stop the Lord from pursuing us. All gems are found in dirt. It is only by the Master’s hand are we polished and made beautiful. I hope you’ll look beyond the dirt that surrounds the lost and begin to see what Christ sees.

I'm a Christian, and as a Christian, I would not ask a person in a public forum, "Are you a Christian, do you believe in Christ, do you believe in God etc." . Thats a sure way of turning someone to reject god. People do not come to the lord through scaring or shaming. If these people are searching that's a huge step. This is a personal private decision between the person and God. When they are ready, they will share it on their time, not yours. When they find Christ, repentance will become significant to them. This should be a private conversation. There is nothing wrong with sharing the word publicly, that's why we have a temple, church, and sanctuaries. Relationships are always formed one on one. When a man and a woman fall in love, they share their intimate feelings with each other first. Then they announce it to the world with great joy. This should be and invitation to join in attendance, in the place of our lord, where two or more are gathered in his name. Now with that said, If this platform is a ministry, part of a larger body, and not just a debate on the existence of God with people. Then please make invitation an important step to your outreach. Watching Elon Musk answer the questions reminds me of my pre-saved by grace life; answering the questions but not having the answers. Until I saw myself as a sinner and going to straight to hell, nobody speaking to me, even the simple truth of salvation, could penetrate the walls I hid behind. Personally, when I called on the name of Jesus to save me from an impending death, it was the most humbling thing I have ever experienced. I have always heard that the first sin in the Bible is pride. The opposite of pride is humility. Until I was humbled, my pride stood in the way of my salvation. We are truly our worst enemies.
It wasn't presented as I would present it. How many souls has the 'speaker' led to or pointed to Christ? Remember the Apostle Paul said, "One plants, another waters, but GOD GIVES THE INCREASE. I heard someone once say: "I like the way I do it better than the way you don't." A point to ponder.

Elon said he believes in Spinoza's god which does not acknowledge the existence of anything outside of nature. He also said, "If Jesus is saving people I wouldn't stand in his way... sure I'll be saved why not?". This was not a confession of sin nor did he ask for forgiveness. Someone in an earlier video said that “unless a person knows how guilty he is before God, he will never appreciate and accept the Gospel.” Trusting Christ is not a “solid” we can flippantly make people do, it’s something that the individual must seriously consider because that person’s eternity is at stake. What do you mean by “repent” and “true Christ?” Ray comfort doesn’t define repent correctly, and many cults use terms like “true Christ” or “true church” to fit their own non-biblical views. “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.”

I watched that podcast. I sort of empathized with Elon when he was asked to accept Jesus, as he is seeking a Philosophical truth. I pray Elon will come to know Christ as I eventually did. I think right now he is on the right track.

The lady is false , on the Bible. The Bible is in Hebrew language. It cannot be rewritten. The false Bibles have been retranslation errors and retranslated many times over. yet the majority of it has been preserved contextually and textually. Only some of the false Bibles are more widely published and circulated. But there are correct online translations ... Hint (Complete Hebrew Bible, Orthodox Jewish Bible, Aramaic Bible, etc. KJV is a weak translation whereas the NIV - Passion etc bibles are heretical )

Wow. I also felt heartbroken at the way the gospel was handled here, or lack thereof. If anyone needed to hear the gospel, it would be someone with the riches that this man has. Goodness or good thoughts, or repeating excerpts of the Word will not save him. I kind of felt that they were awestruck by his status in this world. I don't think Elon is a bad person, but he is a person that needs to know the truth and the reality of what life after death holds for him. This was a lost opportunity. I pray God leads him to a person who will truly share the gospel with him and that he is saved before he dies.

Ugh… my heart just wrenched watching those clips of Elon saying he was searching for the meaning of life. I just felt, “Someone share the gospel truth with him!” Not lukewarm, but on fire! Not shaky and reluctant, but full on without fear. I hope he goes beyond the point of just accepting the teachings of Jesus, but doing more reading of the Bible and trust in him as his Lord and savior.
We need to pray the Holy Spirit show him and that he develop faith and trust in what can’t be explained. Elon's body language was speaking volumes that I haven't heard anyone mention here. It's not speaking belief, it's speaking questions about Jesus and being saved. We all need to pray for Elon to get saved...now. I personally found the video quite concerning, not saving a soul from hell.
I think the Babylon Bee failed in this interview. They are known for being great at satire, but the message was lost when instead of quoting scripture, as we are to give the good news of Jesus, Elon was able to give more details about Jesus' character than the guys from the Bee were able to display. They were essentially joking about what is the most important conversation any man could have. Elon Musk may gain the whole world and still lose his soul, which would be a genuine failure on behalf of those who had the opportunity to speak truth into his life, and refrained for fear of sounding uncool.
I totally agree. They had the opportunity to do a gospel share time, and instead joked as he spoke. I don’t even know that seeds were planted in that conversation. I grew up in a Roman Catholic home and attended church most Sundays and went to catholic schools through the 4 grade. I did not then understand what it meant to accept Jesus as my lord and savior… So as far as God was concerned, I thought I had things figured out to my satisfaction… it wasn’t until I was age 45 till I understood. Imagine my surprise! I have since accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior with the only regret being that I didn’t do so when I was much younger… Jesus really is “The Way, The Truth, and The light” of this world. This was so powerful...the way Ray patiently presented the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. She was brave and honest. He was lovingly kicking over her sacred cows and she was on the spot in the public eye. She never interrupted him or showed annoyance, and was not rude. She thanked him and acknowledged his faith and even said she appreciated it. At the end, as her face appeared a little red, I believe she was close to tears. I believe God will have His way, His word never returns to Him void.

I'm definitely going to buy 2 of your evidence books. I walked away from Jesus at a young age because it all sounded like a bunch of nonsense. Years later after going through the Bible and listening to debates of atheists, Muslims, and Christians, I know there is evidence of Jesus's resurrection and I crave learning answers to the hard questions so that hopefully, one day, I can turn people towards God. FALSE!! She only has to BELIEVE the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be saved! But Ray contradicts himself. He pays lip service to grace but then says she has to work for salvation. Where’s the “good news” in that? He doesn’t even have a Bible with him, he shows her NO Scripture & leaves her hanging. She was low-hanging fruit and he left her with disappointment instead of a solution.

It's like when a guy proposes in front of a large crowd rather than in private. Which situation do you think has more pressure and which would get a more authentic answer? When we "witness" like that we push people farther away.

Elon was the only one who was taking what they were asking seriously. He took the topic of Jesus WAY more respectful than they did. It hurt my heart to see them taking this opportunity and acting as if it was just a silly laughing matter (comedy guys or not!) I think they messed up a huge opportunity to share the Gospel appropriately with Elon. I’m not trying to cast stones - I know I don’t always get it right and miss MANY opportunities that I am accountable for. Elon seemed receptive to real discussion about Jesus. I hope they did talk more, off camera. Imagine him, with all of his influence, surrendering his life to Christ! He would be boldly getting the message of Jesus all over the world!! Reminds me to BE BOLD in my area of influence!!

So sad. In the 70s I was you. A Pentecostal evangelical pastor actually knew my former husband’s family . 10, siblings and parents before my husband was even born. He prayed for spouse as a toddler when he drank bleach, spouse was healed immediately! Many times drugged out spouse was prayed for because he wanted Bro. Woodard to pray for him in desperation. He never could change his abusive ways. On night after tent revival, pastor came to me and said something that was so true. He said I was one of the best prayer warriors BUT honestly he hated to tell me the truth that was coming. “I’ve known PL since he was born, all of the family ins and outs, I hate to tell you but he won’t change until he wants to and I hate to see you suffer so much.” Blew my mind.Truth hurts. After years of suffering I divorced. Life changed completely for the better. My child is a wonderful human being. 2 great grandkids and tremendous daughter in law. Couldn’t have happened married to PL. I prayed for spouse over 12 years. Now and then I pray if he’s still alive for God to convict his heart and save his soul. He grew up in the church! Yep I went to church until 9 years and for many many years I didn't think about God . And 12 years ago something terrible happened and i cussed him and his mama.But i knew i would have to find him because at this time i was lost for 8 miserable years. I started watching a Pastor on tv .He tells it like it is he'll even tell ya he doesn't care if you believe or not .And 6 years later in the beginning of February I felt something i have never felt before, it was like someone told me to try to think of all these thoughts that kept me up at night and when i did the thoughts didn't bother me and i sleep pretty good.The thoughts still come and go but they don't bother me anymore. I'm like my Pastor i don't care if you believe or not, that's on you not me.

I joined a Pentecostal Church, and never looked back. You can’t change your heart by yourself, you need the Holy Spirit, and the will to change.

I'm a Christian, and as a Christian, I would not ask a person in a public forum, "Are you a Christian, do you believe in Christ, do you believe in God etc." . Thats a sure way of turning someone to reject god. People do not come to the lord through scaring or shaming. If these people are searching that's a huge step. This is a personal private decision between the person and God. When they are ready, they will share it on their time, not yours. When they find Christ, repentance will become significant to them. This should be a private conversation. There is nothing wrong with sharing the word publicly, that's why we have a temple, church, and sanctuaries. Relationships are always formed one on one. When a man and a woman fall in love, they share their intimate feelings with each other first. Then they announce it to the world with great joy. This should be and invitation to join in attendance, in the place of our lord, where two or more are gathered in his name. Now with that said, If this platform is a ministry, part of a larger body, and not just a debate on the existence of God with people. Then please make invitation an important step to your outreach. Watching Elon Musk answer the questions reminds me of my pre-saved by grace life; answering the questions but not having the answers. Until I saw myself as a sinner and going to straight to hell, nobody speaking to me, even the simple truth of salvation, could penetrate the walls I hid behind. Personally, when I called on the name of Jesus to save me from an impending death, it was the most humbling thing I have ever experienced. I have always heard that the first sin in the Bible is pride. The opposite of pride is humility. Until I was humbled, my pride stood in the way of my salvation. We are truly our worst enemies.
It wasn't presented as I would present it. How many souls has the 'speaker' led to or pointed to Christ? Remember the Apostle Paul said, "One plants, another waters, but GOD GIVES THE INCREASE. I heard someone once say: "I like the way I do it better than the way you don't." A point to ponder.

Wow. I also felt heartbroken at the way the gospel was handled here, or lack thereof. If anyone needed to hear the gospel, it would be someone with the riches that this man has. Goodness or good thoughts, or repeating excerpts of the Word will not save him. I kind of felt that they were awestruck by his status in this world. I think the Babylon Bee failed in this interview. They are known for being great at satire, but the message was lost when instead of quoting scripture, as we are to give the good news of Jesus, Elon was able to give more details about Jesus' character than the guys from the Bee were able to display. They were essentially joking about what is the most important conversation any man could have. Elon Musk may gain the whole world and still lose his soul, which would be a genuine failure on behalf of those who had the opportunity to speak truth into his life, and refrained for fear of sounding uncool.

This was so powerful...the way Ray patiently presented the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. She was brave and honest. He was lovingly kicking over her sacred cows and she was on the spot in the public eye. She never interrupted him or showed annoyance, and was not rude. She thanked him and acknowledged his faith and even said she appreciated it. At the end, as her face appeared a little red, I believe she was close to tears. I believe God will have His way, His word never returns to Him void.

The three hosts of this unfortunate show were acting like very nervous schoolgirls who were in the presence of an idol. Silly giggling, bad jokes, nonsense banter. Jesus, or any of his apostles were NEVER impressed by anyone's wealth or accomplishment. The three hosts were a disgrace, showing deference to MONEY not Elon, the person.

I'm definitely going to buy 2 of your evidence books. I walked away from Jesus at a young age because it all sounded like a bunch of nonsense. Years later after going through the Bible and listening to debates of atheists, Muslims, and Christians, I know there is evidence of Jesus's resurrection and I crave learning answers to the hard questions so that hopefully, one day, I can turn people towards God. Your youtube videos have been a blessing for trying to learn how to bring people towards God and I will be so much more confident after learning all I can from that study bible

I was in the edge of my seat watching the woman Ray speaks with, in the last half. What a bold man! Thank you Ray, for your boldness (Al glory be to God), obedience and humility!! You inspire me and probably thousands of others. Praise God for His goodness. I pray for every person who watches this video, in Jesus’ name, that we may ALL be given boldness through Christ in sharing God’s good news, the gospel. Also, I know it’s easy to judge these men fumbling around for words with Elon Musk. Its easy to judge anyone when you think you are better than them! LOL! I am not judging any of you, only stating the facts by what I read in the bible. I'm not even a Christian but I follow the bible and the word of Jesus every day, not just on Sundays.

No, that was a missed opportunity! He showed her that she is a sinner, and that she is going to Hell, and even explained that salvation is a free gift that was paid for by Jesus Christ….Then he does a 180 and tells her she has to repent “of her sins”?! FALSE!! She only has to BELIEVE the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be saved! But Ray contradicts himself. He pays lip service to grace but then says she has to work for salvation. Where’s the “good news” in that? He doesn’t even have a Bible with him, he shows her NO Scripture & leaves her hanging.
She was low-hanging fruit and he left her with disappointment instead of a solution.
As a Christian my heart broke when they put him on the spot and lost their opportunity. They did it publicly too...very disappointed. When people did this to me it pushed me away instead of including me

@D Ro yes that was very much on the spot and a horrible way to "witness". Actually they didn't witness anything for him, they didn't present the gospel, or share any testimony. They just went straight for the punch and asked him to "sign the dotted line" so they could have bragging rights on their show. It's like when a guy proposes in front of a large crowd rather than in private. Which situation do you think has more pressure and which would get a more authentic answer? When we "witness" like that we push people farther away.
