Makes a lot of sense for MIP owners (though I'm not a fan of the DED placement 🙂). I already have the simgears ICP so not for me, but I'm hoping for a new line of Viper gear! I'm very happy with my F16 throttle.

Damned...just received my simgears F-16 ICP. Hope i can sell it for a good price when winwing drops out the icp. the solution for mounting on FA18 ICP is insanely good.
Been waiting for this since the Top Gun MIP video showed it. Once this shows up on the WW site, I'll finally get my F-16 throttle as well and save a little on shipping costs (crazy expensive)
Currently saving a lot on shipping and tax because they got more stores than only the china one.

Looks cool. Wish though that you could have it in two pieces. So the data entry display can be mounted to the side like on the real f16 or for home cockpit builders.
Very good as it can be assembled with f18 ufc. Very smart solution. I thought I was slowly buying everything I wanted, but I feel like this will be a never-ending relationship with buying winwing products.
For those of you who can't wait, Sim Gears makes one without the DED display.

To bad the DED and ICP are one enclosure. They should have had two power inputs and allow for separate mounting. Now it is like a toy that can't be used in a realistic PIT. Why not make it modular?
Agreed, it's far too gimmicky looking for a replica pit. For a simple desktop Pit, it would do the job though.
It's like the TM throttle, the button placements make it look a bit like it was made by Matel.

Built-in quality of this product looks much better than Simgears' F-16 ICP. Looks very promising for DCS F-16 module owners. I will replace mine and also update CUBESIM's displays with WINWING screens. I love their way to pack it together whole front panel.
I bought WINNING F-16 EX THROTTLE BASE TQS ORION V2 with Metal Rail from Ebay a month ago and didn't really mean to. I put in a bid that I would take it at but I knew it wouldn't sell at and it sold at lower than my max. I'd just bought twin Virpil alpha con. that I had saved up for. Well, that's a story shared. I doubt I will be buying the panel.... just yet.
Looks cool and I love my Winwing gear but was hoping for a total F16 version of the F18 setup. I am in VR so replicating the controls in VR space is important. I have an ICP and it's super easy to use but would love it if they had F16 MFD etc replicated like they do for the Hornet
Have the hornet setup but still struggle in vr since I’m feeling around a lot. For instance when using the digits for the ufc.
How do you solve that?
@@bjrnchrstn I place my ICP on my desk where it is virtually and have no problem. One thing to note it the real F16 ICP is designed so that pilots don't have to look down at it. It has raised enter and a few of the number positions have dimples under them. Rear your hand on the top of what ever control you want to change and it's easy. I am way faster at entering co ordinates or aligning helmet etc using the physical ICP . Some people have placed little velcro pads on the center top, bottom, left and right MFD buttons to help
@@bjrnchrstn One thing I just thought about is in the RL cockpit the DED is on the left so that the pilot can rest his hand on the top which I do all the time. the DED in this setup isnt going to make this possible which will make pressing buttons more difficult

Those final seconds were sublime! Functional (and ECONOMIC) interchangeability are so important: you appear to have this concept fixed into your third eye. With modularity in mind, I wonder if there is going to be an F-15 E ICP that will replace the F-18's. Are there any RWR panels in consideration? How exciting!
Is there any plan to sell the DED separately for those of us that already have an ICP?
The product is an integrated design and is not separated.
Pls do an Apache tedac! Or at least mirror the f16 grip with rumbler so I can somehow bind it into it!

The DED screen can be adapted for generic displays on other aircraft modules (e.g., A10 countermeasure settings and CMS information display). Adaptation for specific modules will be available after release.

And still nothing for the A10C, like the UFC or CDU.... (especially CDU). They made a great stick that gives us extra controls for VR, etc. but that's only coincidental as it was intended for the F16. Why is the A10C such a red-headed stepchild of DCS? It used to be the flagship module, and a lot of people own it.
