‘. Oh my God this is so cute”. Spoken like an true American abroad! Overstatement x a zillion. not an issue. It is indeed a delightful, eccentric Italian property, sympathetically preserved/restored. I’m tempted which region are we in?
My mother had a kitchen like that in Germany und so did most women. They all hated it. What you don't need get's dusty. If it has been hanging there for a while you better wash it with soap and water again before you use it. You can feel that it is sticky when you take it down. THEY WANTED MORE CABINETS FOR A REASON! From a hygienic point of view this is actually gross because people can cough and sneeze at it. There is a reason why build in kitchens with a lot of cabinets became and still are unbeatable and why people have pantries. A good kitchen should have NO clutter! Everything should be stored away until being used. People today have this weird desire for a "industrial" kitchen. But in a restaurant almost everything is being used daily and it needs to go fast. Big difference!
I was raised in Germany in the early fifties. Cobblestone narrow roads, stone houses etc. The insides looked much like these. We could have lived in one for those five years but my mother insisted on the boring, cookie cutter apartments on base. I held that against her for years. I love the kitchen with all the pots and utensils hanging. Took me right back. Thanks for that video and for always making me laugh.
Pardon my French, but I f-ing love everything about this place! Including your reaction and appreciation. I would do it in a heartbeat if I had the friggen’ dough.
Move over, Annette because I want to die in that kitchen too! Three amazing apartments that abound in warmth, architectural details, and beautiful views. This very unique woman must have lived there for a long time to accumulate so many books (love it), interesting furniture and knick-knacks. This is a reflection of what I would be looking for when I retire in two years. Just discovered, and subscribed, your channel.
How is it possible, BOTH of those kitchens are a photo/prop stylist's dream...not just one, but both. Especially the upper kitchen is hard to believe it naturally came out that way vs. hours of flea market shopping to create it! As others have said, Annette, you were positively glowing in looking at this place, it was a joy to see along with you. Cheers
I would definitely go for the third apartment; it's a winner. I would want more counter space in the kitchen, and more storage space everywhere, but that is very doable.
excellent place for an artist, writer, painter etc. I think it is lovely. 4 apartments is a bit much for me but 2 would be great to host friends and family. Idyllic.
I love original brick/tile flooring & windows & beams, some of it is too rustic for me. The outside spaces like the terraces are great. But buying a whole borgo isn't on my wish list!! 😊😊
1 euro homes are in remote, unpopulated villages. Some villages decided to sell abandoned properties that need complete reconstruction. The one euro homes are usually in deserted villages. It was a way to bring back the towns. Read about it here: 1eurohouses.com/how-it-works-and-benefits/ The house is the beautiful retreat of a book publisher from Bologna in a stunning, vibrant village with amazing views. The Signora is selling it because she's older now. Thanks for your comment. Thanks for watching. x
No!! €1 homes aren't finished at all. They're ruins with main walls left, period. This is livable even a bit primitive for some tastes. I have trouble getting past all of the books!!
No lol Not in this area or condition. For one euro, you will get an absolute shithole that needs 200k in repairs in an isolated village hours from anywhere you would actually want to live in or go to. That’s why they’re one euro!
Just happened upon your channel. For me, the interior and her taste was boho to the core. Too much stone for my taste and w low ceilings..not cozy but wonderful for the person who is looking for a house like this. I doubt if anyone would leave it as is once they were living there so lots to update.
Of course Annette loves everything, she’s working on her commission what she’s not mentioning is the amount of money one would need to fix those places. She’s so annoying really, she’s trying too hard to sale this dump .
No need to make this personal and hurt my feelings. This is a positive space let's keep it this way. Also just so you understand I make no commission. The agent is listed below I have nothing to do with selling these homes. I truly loved this one. Have a good one.
Hi , Annette here from beautiful and EXPENSIVE southern california! I just subscribed to your channel. I am planning to relocate to Italy sometime next year and want to buy me a very, very, rustic stone house in tuscany. Now that been said, northern Italy is more expensive. Where exactly is this property? I totally love it ! But I am not ready yet to sell my income properties here so I can't peel this kind of money as of now and I understand Italian bank don't lend money to foreigners unless they are residents and well established for some good years. So I have to find something about $200,000 max . This is a winner, please let me know where is located so I can look other properties in the area. Thanks
Wow! This property is amazing! I just love you ❤
Thank you for watching...I love you, too.🖤 After some negative comments today, this made my day. I love this property as well.

I have an open kitchen at La Fortezza and I love it. th-cam.com/video/nU83jQEJgXQ/w-d-xo.html Have a look. Thanks for watching.
Agreed. I’ll take my kitchen any day, Zero clutter. Clear counters etc.

Hi Annette, I've never seen you so happy. You found a true chef's kitchen with full use of the fireplace for roasting chestnuts.
Very happy. Thanks for watching x
Everything is CUTE!
Quaint property. Love the rustic kitchens.
Pardon my French, but I f-ing love everything about this place! Including your reaction and appreciation. I would do it in a heartbeat if I had the friggen’ dough.
So much character. All those books! I wonder if the seller is a writer?
She was in the publishing/book business. I asked the same thing. It's such a great space. XX
Wow! This is something!
The kitchen made me cry❤
As a book lover who likes to cook and have beautiful views ,this property is heaven.
Totally agreed. Thanks for watching.x
Sorry for your loss.
I think the pretty new haircut has you in a good mood. Very nice property, Thank you 👍🏻

Greatest video, the joy, the property, the participants, the decor, the linen on the door, the chestnut. I'm in!
Totally! Thanks for watching. x
I’d love it if you could embrace some adjectives other than “cute”…I had to turn the volume off just to continue. ❤
Thanks for the feedback. Thanks for watching. x
Nice property. Enjoyed the tour!

LOVE the houses you find. I wish I was looking in this area...or that I could find someone doing the same thing where I'm looking.
Well you never know, you should come check out this area it's beautiful here. Thanks for watching!x
@@AnnetteJosephstyle Unless there's a golf course nearby, I can't tempt myself. :-) We all have our must-haves.

This property made my heart beat a bit faster. It's beautiful as is but has so much to offer.
We completely agree, it is a charmer. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching. x

Very romantic artistic house! 👏 Pretty village! 👏 Well done Federico & Annette - you are both so ‘cute’ 😉. X
This was heaven to watch! And your enthusiasm is amazing. I was dying too!! Thank you!
The place is amazing and you're adorable.
Aww that's so nice. Thanks for watching x
Just to clean the place, including the terrace, is days, not hours, of work.
Yes! I would definitely edit it. But if you clean on a constant basis, it can be kept tidy. Thanks for watching.
Sweet!
What city/towns is it near, and how far?
This is a home!
OMG - This is haven and I would love to buy her red velvet hat :)
I want to buy this!
Seriously!
Come be my neighbor! Thanks for watching.x
i live for this kind of videos :)
I love original brick/tile flooring & windows & beams, some of it is too rustic for me. The outside spaces like the terraces are great. But buying a whole borgo isn't on my wish list!! 😊😊
Is this property still on the market?
You would need to ask Federico info@immobiliarecardellini.it
I mean it’s very quaint and all that but can’t you buy these for like £1? 🤔
