Part 1..Building a DIY Electric Fatbike in Thailand.

Building an Electric Fatbike in Thailand from a standard Thai Panther Hercules One Fatbike, which is a high quality bike perfect for my electric conversion.
The actual conversion was carried out using parts and accessories sourced from AliExpress and Battery Cells to make the 48v LiPo battery pack were sourced from the Chinese manufacturer Greatmax, via Alibaba.
The basic Electric Conversion spec is as follows :
MXUS 3000w V2 4T Hubmotor built into a new 26x4.0 Fatbike Rim. Heavy duty Torque Arm on motor shaft/Rear frame dropout.
48v 16000mah LiPo pouch cell battery pack consisting of 3 shaped modules totalling 13 x 3.7v 16ah battery cells (1 x 6S, 1 x 4S and 1 x 3S) to fit restricted frame space on bike.
KT Kunteng 48v 45a Sinewave Motor Controller, Pedal Assist module and LCD6 LCD Display and 3 Button Handlebar mounted controller.
Wuxing Brake Cut off switches/Brake regen and Half length Twist Throttle with Active Brake regent.
DIY Bluetooth Speaker with 2 x 3" Full Range drivers and Bluetooth Amplifier 12v 50W per channel.
5v DC and 12V DC power outputs for USB charging, LED lighting and Amplifier power.
The Video was made using a Hohem iStream M6 Gimbal with Hohem AI Tracking module engaged, fitted with a Samsung​ Galaxy S23 Ultra phone.
