    Really like the last project, the plant stand. I can see that as a very cool drinks table.

    Thank you for another great video. I liked the table with the beautiful rose transfers. You made a great job of giving the statue a real stone look.

    I love all your projects Rachael, they are all gorgeous, as usual. My favourites, I can’t just pick one, are the wooden tote with the black and floral decoupage paper on front and back, it’s beautiful and the plant stand, it is gorgeous, I love the green you used and not that I have any but the florals are one of my favourites from IOD, I love the roses . TFS and I’m glad you are feeling a bit better after your adventure in the garden yesterday. I used to feel like that quite often when I could work in the garden, now I feel like that but 100% worse from doing nothing. Its ridiculous. Look after your back Rachael and enjoy the rest of your week. Also enjoy your weekend away camping, it will be lovely for you all to get away like that.

      Thank you - I am glad you liked the projects! I love a lot of the IOD products, but the painterly florals are one of my favorites! And I am trying to look after that back of mine - gardening is definitely not getting easier as I get older, that's for sure! Anyway, thanks for watching - and have a good rest of your week!! :)

    Loved your diys. I was doing Dollar Tree, watching several channels. After watching your channel and few others I am doing thrifted makeovers. Lots more satisfaction. Looking forward to haul Friday (inspiration). Have a good week.🤗

      Hi there! Thanks for watching!! And the only thing I know that is coming as far as DIY/crafts go is the Farm Chicks sale here in Spokane in June! I won't have a booth there, but I usually try to go and check things out! :)

    Rachel, my favorite was the table with the transfer. However, I have a wooden carrier similar to the one you decoupaged that has, for years, served as a container for shoe polishes, brushes, etc. I think with some cleaning and sanding, I may be able to ‘copy’ you and decoupage a napkin on it and turn it into something prettier than it is now. Just an idea. As always, I enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing

    • @theeclecticcottagespokane
      @theeclecticcottagespokane  ปีที่แล้ว

      That sounds like a great idea for the carrier - I hope it turns out wonderfully for you! Thank you so much - and thanks for watching!! :)

      Thank you - and the table is likely vintage - I picked it up at an estate sale. :)

    The statue does look like cement now. That gold piece looks so much better black! The little box carrier came out pretty. Love the plant stand, my cats would constantly knock it over though🤦🏻‍♀️😂 Don’t think I’m not noticing those beautiful trunks in the background!😂 can we get a quick tour of the shop? As always great job on every thing!

    I loved the tote. I wish you did direct sales because I’d buy some of your makeovers starting with the tote. You do such a fine job sharing your process with us. Looking forward to seeing the new treasures you have secured.

    The black box is so pretty I’d be proud to put it on my patio table with nice napkins and such. That tall blue table is gorgeous. But all those items you use on the make overs is confusing. Could you do a video explaining those terms. If this makes sense. 😊

    • @theeclecticcottagespokane
      @theeclecticcottagespokane  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! And I'm sorry if the items I used are confusing! I do try to add all the products that I use to the description in case there are any specific questions regarding any of them. :)

    #1, 2 & 4 were my favorite. I liked the shape of #3, but would have done a different color (personal preference). I like how you did #1...it really did look like concrete. TFS. (P.s your shirt is pretty). 😊❤

    Was there a reason you didn’t seal the table before applying the transfers? I thought the transfer can pull the paint up.

    • @theeclecticcottagespokane
      @theeclecticcottagespokane  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have never had an issue with a transfer pulling up the paint when I place it down without a sealer first. Every once in a while a transfer won't stick to the paint though. Not often, but it has happened. For me, when I want to finish a piece with wax rather than a top coat, I always apply the transfer directly over the paint.

      @theeclecticcottagespokane  ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly, I have painted some and hung them upside down to use as a display for necklaces back when I sold Cookie Lee jewelry, lol. Other than that, I would probably peruse Pinterest for ideas. :)

    The crafts are beautiful. Some tips, shorten your intros. I love watching your videos but I know to skip the first 2 minutes due to explanations. Other than that, love your videos.
