A nostalgic vibe... I remember when we used to stay in one of these homes during the 80's... the not so dark atmosphere yet the life we used to is very homey.... reminiscing the good old days....

What a unique and slick design! And it looks like it could showcase a collector's art pieces since the stairs look like an art piece itself. Good for rich bachelors/couples without children or with grown up children. Definitely not for families with old people and small children.

This house has lots of character.
Not very convenient for seniors due to the abundance of stairs. It’s a gorgeous townhouse for younger and energetic family.
Very nice, and more or less the same as a small condo in BGC. Are there maids or drivers quarters?
The place, especially the living and kitchen, would do much much better with more mirrors. But that’s just me. I like the layout
90s vibe...parang ung mga bahay sa tabi ng SM NORTH and the TOWNHOUSE in PASIG AREA (if i remember in LANUZA area)

How is it that the price per video is 38.5mio and your price is 42 mio? I smell something fishy….
Feel ko Presello na rin kasi nag aasikaso ng lahat ng paperwork, mga CGT, taxes, and docu stamp na nilalakad sa ROD.
Other resellers only offer the base price and bahala na yung buyer on their own to figure out the paperwork. With this type of properties, taxes can go really up.
