@@guiseppe9272 ,you could hire an architect who had just gotten his degree and license and is trying to get his clientele built up. You have the option to reject his ideas if it doesn’t work for you but hiring an architect is always good since you will be spending a good amount of money for a house that you hopefully will pass onto your heirs.

I really like that architech lalo na ung isang bahay na ginawa nya rin dito na nafeautured sa presello out of all the houses ung mga designs nya pinakamaganda at efficient. Kahit na modern mga houses nya, feel at home kaparin at hindi parang nasa hottel ka. And what I really like the most eh yung mga small details. I hope pag magpapagawa nako ng bahay pwede pa magpagawa sakanya.
Unique home. Thanks for sharing. Looks good for a retired person who wants his kids and grand kids to move in with him. Sad, I retired without a family to have a nice home like this.
Mudroom and laundry area in one room. That’s genius. Contrary to laundry area and daily kitchen together.
I am not a fan. Laundry should be clean same as the kitchen. So it is logic to put them together. Mud room is for me more "dirty" and should be a completely seperate section

Missed seeing this when it was released but salute to Architect Benson for coming up with another masterpiece as I have also only seen his other project yesterday and was awed with both of them! Amazing combination of different materials that didn't necessarily have to match but they worked & blend together to give you a different palette of artistic designs! Definitely will look him up when we're ready to have a house or two or 3 build in the Philippines! Manila, Masbate, & Cebu God Willing.....

32:26 i was curious earlier as to why the backyard plan was for the house to go diagonals and never go parallel with the property limits or fences. turns out it gives a nice impression of leading lines for framing, just how spatial designers use vistas for framing. this project seem to be a very good use of the concept of vistas despite the limited viewing distance of your backyard

One thing to do next time when showing a property is to make sure every room could be viewed. Not being able to see the design of the walk in closet doesn't make the master bedroom look enticing, it makes it less attractive because as a viewer we can't see it. Same for the bathroom for the room upstairs.

wow! in my eatimate this house would cost around 300M pesos excluding the cost of lot... so elegant! kudos to architec BENSON... + the interior decorator... superb!

There are so many things going on inside the house,the design is very complicated very high maintenance,the layout is so magulo for me,I like a simple open floor plan the house is nice but its not for me.

Let no one take it as an attack but ,under my humble opinion, the interior design of this property is neither practical nor aesthetic. I think that clients have thrown a million euros or two in the trash, with my respects. Please fix the laundry before making the video.
I dislike the house presentation you featured because no prize was placed in the description box, you very well know that putting no price makes the property irrelevant to buyers and viewers of your video presentation... And i very well know that you guys earn from You tube because of likes and those who subscribe and who comment from the video you present, and that makes us viewers and subscribers very important too not only the architects or creators of the properties you feature... No price makes any selling video futile and less important.

I'm not a basher but she lack professionalism in presenting the house. Too much run around not direct to the point. Too much pa cute. Your selling the house not yourself. She needs to undergo additional training. The lady who is presenting the 329mil house in Antipolo is way better than her. BTW, How much is the house?

This house is definitely designed by an Interior Designer. Sorry, but this is not a Zen architecture. There are too many elements used outside and inside of the building that make it too busy.🫣
