Yet another one of Rachel's poems that makes me feel an unexpected emotion. I laughed when she talked about the funny things Clementine does/did but I also found myself crying thinking about my two late cats who have passed in the last 2 years.

You my sir bud/Patton..are the most patient father/Uncle with those rough pups and dog using you as kitty as their play toy..all four claw not scratching those rough pups as. a female cat I owned would. .and she had only back claws..so you are such a patient father..

I love this is about cats but it is a direct rip off of Andrea Gibson’s poem about her dog Squash, even down to the same words!
Joe Willoughby Yeah. It’s weird that they didn’t put “After Andrea Gibson” In the title
it's not a total rip off, probably more into copying and admiration. the main theme is different though, gibson's squash is more about freedom to be yourself and keep exploring, while wiley's clementine is more about acceptance of oneself and loneliness.
