In one of the videos Ben said how much cash he has in the bank. How much he has with the stocks. Who does that? It’s the honesty that draws you in. And he doesn’t pretend when things are tight. He’s not afraid to say he’s liquidating. Lol.
Yankeetown doesn't have much going for it. The locals typically go fishing, camping, or mountain biking on the bumping trails located within the state parks around there. There is some development happening in Citrus Springs (a few miles out) but the primary demographic of people moving there are those living in HCOL areas like NYC who are looking for a piece of land (1/8 of an acre).
