Hi Kev and Sella. That was a good husband and wife commentary video. Good job on explaining everything. I think it was a good idea to do it that way, as it gives the both of you a chance to view everything together. Good job on spotting the crack in the wall skim coating. The master bath is really looking good. Glad to see the other tile work being corrected also. That was good for them to put in the drip edge underneath so it will not have water damage to the concrete painting. Overall looking good and soon will be a livable home for you guys. Take care and God blessings to you and the family.
Wow, what a transformation. Sella is doing such a great job. She could be a superintendent for construction projects! You’ve probably mentioned, how did you two meet? What are your backgrounds. Thanks Kevin and Sella for sharing your experiences. Ron from Roy WA.
Thanks Ron. We met in FilinoCupid. I was in Michigan and decided to retire in the Philippines after spending a month on Bohol. Sela was an OFW working in the middle east. She moved back to the Philippines, and I moved there also. I was an automotive Sr. Design Engineer, and she was a manager at a clothing store there. Thanks again.

Hi guys, I am in the Philippines here. I was wondering where you guys were located and some of the costs which I’m sure you’ve done a video for but I did not see yet lol but the house build and the property cost. I am over on Negro’s Island
Welcome Andy. We are located in Sorsogon, Bicol, Luzon area. We haven't done a cost video yet as the build still isn't complete. The land is 2400 sqm and cost around 2 million php. The build is around 440 sqm and should be around 12 million php for a total of 14 million php. There will be a cost breakdown when it is complete. That should be in 2 months. Thanks
I had the same issue thinking of what gray to pick. Honestly I had to go to different houses to figure it out and the best color we figured out was agreeable grey. Look it up or message me and I can send you some pictures.
I bought 2 new wheel barrows, but they don't use them all the time. I have no idea. I won't have that number until it's complete in a couple months. Thanks.

Thank you both for your update, continued progress.
Thank you Charles.

Welcome. We are trying to do it right and only once.
Looking good Guys 😊
Thank you.
The bucket method instead of wheelbarrow is just crazy seen it on other filipino builds to
I bought 2 new wheelbarrows but they prefer the buckets. Who am I to say. Thanks.
Careful venting your wet dryer and bathroom out into the split AC unit intake

I believe we are about to tie up our piece of land. I may have to fly back in a few months. We are purchasing 2000 m² a little over a half an acre.
Nice. I think it was a good decision picking a lot on the bigger side. Congrats.
