최강록 셰프님 레시피 참고해서 부타가쿠니 + 미소매쉬드 포테이토 몇년전에 만들어보고 제 인생 삼겹살 레시피가 되었던 기억이 나네요 ㅎㅎ
흑백요리사에선 미소대신 조림 육수를 섞어 소스질감으로 만드는걸 보고 궁금했는데 셰프님이 맛잇다고 하시니 더더 만들어봐야겠다는 생각이 드네요 !
