You should do more of these types of government meals. Lots of people got hit by hurricane Debby. They will be handing out meals again and your videos are great educational or info. Great job Paul on today's video
i guess if youre getting one of these youre in the "beggars cannot be choosers" category, but dont you guys think 660 calories is a bit light in an emergency situation? i would have thought at minimum 1000 calories
Very cool Paul. Nice simple option, for bad times. Lightweight ration, good heater should suffice for A quick meal. More sides than I expected. Glad you had some fun and enjoyed. Peace, John.
Hi Paul. Great review. I have tried several of these. For what they are, you can't beat them. That heater is top notch. I agree about the best you can get. But I guess you can get a slow one every now and then. Everything looks really good. Take care.
Never seen a government issued handout MRE very basic ...I been making my own camping And storage since 2019 MRE's from scratch ..dried Apple & oats, Pulled pork, Chicken bits, smoked jerky (beef And moose) And a lot of pressure caning for meats as a main add in to pockets of dried good Or i do say something like a can of spam with Potato flakes dried veggies etc
@@PaulsGearReview Moose done right has a nice earthy taste Like biting into a good steak And done wrong is like biting into 40% off ground beef at the store And drowning it with spices...lol If you have a butcher near you ( I assume your in the USA) ask if he can get a hold of some Or Online As it might be costly Try a lb And make a stew...I had a bison burger once..My mistake was eating it 2 hrs before a small plane ride..The first 3 rows behind me had to cover their noses lol
@killingzombies8366 Dude so good to hear from you miss your reviews brother.Well your in luck! I was sent more than one. send me an email tell me where you want one sent and ill send you one.
Meatless lasagna sounds like something they would hand out at Guantanamo bay

I found that these "Chef 5 Minute Meals" are commercially available and Civilians are able to purchase them from the Company.

Not a huge meal, but a nice warm meal like this would be appreciated if you haven't eaten much in a couple of days.
it definitely will serve it's purpose
Combat soldiers eat MREs in a whole different manner. Trays...trays...we don't need no stinking trays.

I looked on their website and they do not show these types of meals, just main entrees. Any idea on a source for these complete meals?

Reluctantly handded out ............remember the last thing the government wants , is to take care of its own people .
1 pound block of chedder cheese 1978 was the last government hand out i remember as a kid.
