Dude anyone who thinks you're a hooligan is a tool themselves! I've watched a lot of your videos and you always come across as a super nice guy so good on you calling out those who say otherwise! Keep up the great videos!
Hi just recently subbed.... to old for this extreme stuff ..road and light trail only I'm absooooooloooootly aw struck as too where you ride . ...love Scotland bloody fantastic scenery....brill vids ...cheer from dave..
Just to say love your vids and you have got me back into mtbing again. Not as fit as I used to be, I'm nearly 50 so I bought an electric mountain bike, shock horror lol. I live about an hour drive from the cairngorms, can't wait to get back out again. Keep up the great vids. Cheers
+1 for having a wee chat with other hill users... we're all out just enjoying the beautiful countryside! The Glen Clova loop is a belter. The Vicorian hunting lodge is on my bivvy list.
You all probably dont care but does anyone know a way to get back into an instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my login password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me
@Kayden Richard i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im in the hacking process now. Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
You did the right thing guys, taking the helmet and goggles with you. Not cheap at all! Great little loop, looks great fun, amazing countryside once again. Great riding, well impressed. So many vids to catch up on. Keep em coming!! Thanks guys for allowing us to share your enjoyment. What an amazing country you live in!! Great vid!!!!!
@@McTrailRider Loving them! Take care out there. Don't want any injuries. Having said that, you look really competent in your biking, but some of those trails look bloomin rough. Do you get much bike damage? I used to ride over Exmoor and Dartmmor down here in Devon and the trails there are pretty grim to be honest. More into road biking these days cos to get to anywhere half decent you've got to travel for about an hour each way. I can get a good road ride in that time, so MTB 'ing has tended to take a back seat. But watching your vids more than makes up for the loss of that. Got the best of both worlds now. Keep posting and take care of yourself out there. Respect!!
Hi - Always enjoy your vids and the great people you introduce us all to - my wife and I are considering a heritage discovery trip to Scotland. I am keen to incorporate some MTB into the trip. Looks like there is loads of riding.
Gah! I've ridden this loop before. Great descent but man I was so underprepared and underestimated both the ascent up and then the hike a bike up the other side. By that point my legs were done and the descent back to the loch felt impossible - the rocks and waterways made it really difficult at that point. Learned lessons that day!
Had a look on strava to no avail . But I did find this vimeo.com/285779587 I’m sure the McDanny mountains are in this , but the moated castles and Scotch Mist is something else!!
Catching up on your old videos. When I walked from Lock Muick to Glendoll in the seventies, there was no landrover track and barely a path. Lot of walking on the compass.
Ha, ha! I was waiting for this one to come out. I'm glad you did some waterfall riding without the helmet cam also. Any pictures of me there have me riding that thing with an orange Proframe on looking like a muppet. The first half of that loop looks far sketchier in the wet. I noted the off camber grass when we were there but it was really dry. What a loop. Great seeing it from anothers perspective 👍 P.S. do you know if the helmet ever found it's owner?
You're a man after my own heart Andrew, I wouldn't have been able to resist that water chute either. Awesome route as well. Are you running tubeless tyres?
@McTrail Rider, could you send a link to the route on Strava please, the link above just goes to your page. Great vids, keep it up, Im using your vids and strava links to plan a Cairngorms trip in June this year. 👊🏼
Like the music lol 😄 good on you take the the helmet in 👌 great trail that's buddy 😉 like dowing loops like that's 😉👌 what a cool place to Swim Enjoy that's 😉🚴🚴👌
If you think an emtb is a motorbike in disguise then you either have never rode one or you are just plane nuts, chalk and cheese...still love the videos lad 👊🤘

@@McTrailRider that looks awesome. Cant wait to get a fullface and a 7 myself. Have you seen the new Ixs trigger FF? Seems to be even lighter than the proframe

What a stunning location for a bit of a pedal around.
Wow!! Absolute gem of a descent at the end and as you pointed out, stunning scenery as a bonus.

Pure entertainment! Wasn't expecting the river surfing LOL. Great vid as always :-)
What a lovely trail, great scenery.Trust you not to resist the water slide, most of us wouldn’t think of that!! That’s my boy!!!x
The scenery in your videos is amazing. Every ride just looks epic. I've been wanting to go to Scotland for years. Hopefully next summer...

Did it today from the Glen Doll end, tough old day when you're unfit and heading for 60 year old but mega day out.
I was along for the ride but I'm glad you did all the work. ..wow tricky track..🙋

Another good video interesting track. The water sports were different and the views were good on the descent to the loch.
superb bud. just done that descent the other week. 1 of the best single tracks out there... 🤙
Did this trail last week, great loop.
Love that area. Good puff up to the top

Awesome views and gnarly trails... Can’t fault you being nice to Ramblers, some down this way could use a lesson on sharing this way🤙
Well done, you made that decent down onto Loch Muick look easy and it’s not!
When I've done that we usually start at Glen Doll
Awesome, Guys. #thumbsup Watching that made you wanna Yell “Scotland!”
On my bucket list 4 2020 keep up the good werk single trails are the best.

Nice video. I cycled up that decent you did to loch muick . Was not fun 😂
Lovely run !
Might just go back and do this loop again myself.
Deviate questions...Does it climb as good as traditional mech? Does it pop and bunny hop as easy?

That looks like a proper place to ride! Will you be in the Tweed Valley anytime soon? Any Patreon rides upcoming?
quite a few rim dingers in the second part.

Can we get the gpx?

Cracking vid. My back yard. The descent is known locally as the Streak o'lightning. It's been a long time since I did it last, it's a proper day out.
Now that’s a backyard 👍🏴

So weird that you found the helmet.
The fella on the Street Pigeon Channel did a simerler run a few weeks ago. Looks good
Alright bud I am doing the Torridon loop the last week in August if you fancy a riding buddy 👍🏻🚵🏻♂️🥵

Cool I’ll just about be able to see you from the top of Torridon weather permitting 🤞🏻😂
Howesome trail!!!
I hope owner found his helmet 👍🏻
Could you use a hard tail on this
Yes, but it would be harder to do.
Where is this
