    Hello Connie,
    Would you please consider doing more videos like this with different ingredients/recipes? Meal prepping is so incredibly helpful and this is the first and only video that I have seen that allows one to make extra food but make lots of different meals with it. I usually see just one meal being made from the ingredients. Absolutely loved this and hope to see more soon. Thank you for all you do, beautiful soul 💕✨

      Absolutely! Thank you for the suggestion. I'm so glad this video was useful.

    I loved this video for a few reasons. Firstly I'm vegetarian and the food is right up my alley,as we say in Britain...yummy ingredients and fab combos. When I was married I ate lovely meals with lots of healthy ingredients as my ex hubby would have ate them with meat on the side....plus I was easy to make a different meal my kids would eat.
    Upon divorce I stopped buying lots of veggies and the foods I loved as it was only me who would eat them and instead I make meals my kids would eat and I grab something else that is not always healthy and I have put on weight as a result.
    It never dawned on me to prep a few ingredients that I could use in various combos to make lovely healthy meals for 1...thank you for inspiring this unhealthy veggie.

    thank you for sharing your knowledge. you have such a calming disposition. may I suggest that you consider PASTURE RAISED eggs instead of "CAGE FREE". if you do some more research you will find out that they are not what they sound like. also, have you dried nondairy cheese?? I know that cheese is one of the main things that people say they are in love with or that they are addicted to (well that may be because there is some evidence stating that cheese has caseomorphins in it, so yes, it IS addicting!). a favorite company of mine is VIOLIFE. they make really delicious feta, parmesan, cheddar....mmmmm, so good! I have introduced so many people to these cheeses, all of whom loved them....food for thought! hope you made it to munich to see your daughter!

    • @ConnieRiet
      @ConnieRiet  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Thanks for the nondairy tip! I'll give it a try. I agree that pasture raised, farm eggs are soooo much better. We used to have chickens and there is nothing better than farm eggs.

    Yes. Agree taking time on Sunday to prepare for the weekday meals is great. I make salads ahead of time and then add the protein and dressing before eating. I also love using a crockpot. 5-10 minutes in the morning and a delicious smelling dinner awaits at the end of the day. Loved your recipe ideas

      Hi! The temp is 425 Fahrenheit = 220 Celsius
      The bake time on vegetables will vary depending on type of veggie.
      25 min = onions, peppers, broccoli, zucchini, sweet potato
      45 min = potato, carrots, roots
      Happy cooking ladies!

    Those were really great ideas! Can I ask how long the rice will be edible? I always feel that when I have some left, it will go bad after like 2 days. Or will that problem not occur with the containers you are using? I usually just put the rice into the fridge in the pot I have boiled it in… maybe that is the mistake?

    • @mastandstars
