- We travel to the famous Albert Cuyp Market in Amsterdam to eat as much food as we can! This food tour includes some classic Dutch snack as well as a few of our personal favorites!
The Albert Cuyp Market is the largest daytime market in all of Europe and should not be missed if you take a trip to Amsterdam!
ABOUT US
We are Nate and Katrina, two American expats living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and traveling as much as we can to see what there is to see! We balance a busy career and grad school while we explore Europe and beyond. We would love to visit every country in Europe while we live here, and definitely keep a list of our global “must visit” destinations.

I used to love this place ( before it became too touristy).
On weekends we’d buy fresh produce, fish, some poffertjes, and sometimes some nice blankets or home decor.
Just a wild mix of stuff.
It definitely is on all of the lists of touristy things to do while you’re in the city. We like to go there for flowers every now and then!

I visited the market this week! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the fish and Rudi’s stroopwafels!! Heading back home to Texas tomorrow. Wahhhh! Not ready to leave. Keep making vids! Enjoy living vicariously through you guys.

I🇳🇱 am a big fan of drop. Katjesdrop is my favorite. But drop should be in closed jars/containers when solded, otherwise they will get hard and dry out. And when you will buy some always taste the freshness of them.
Yep, agreed! The people were so nice, but the drop was a little too hard from being out.

This was definitively NOT boring. 😉 That’s my favorite poffertjes place in all of Amsterdam and the butter/powdered sugar combo is the best.
It really is the best! I think Katrina could have eaten 5 more portions of the poffertjes but she had to pace herself. 😂

We ate so much food, that you would have thought that we were… But definitely not!
Why would you reheat chicken meat let alone any meats!? I don't buy from outlets that sell reheated foods.

@@nateandkatrinadotheworld Thanks, here in Sydney Australia they have places that sell reheated meats and the moisture that builds up in the containers is off putting.
