ENDLICH!!! Hat irgendwie gefehlt bisher. Bin restlos beghostert.. - Weiter so!
Your metalwork videos are the best on TH-cam, straight to the point, and the best thing of all no bullshit talking that you have to fast forward through🤙 plus your metalwork is awesome. I'm subscribing👍
I liked when you bolted the rollers to the table. It got me thinking that by bolting them closer, you could make smaller circles with the same equipment.
Excellent as always. You just need to line it up with a window for longer lengths! For someone so clever you seem to have a lot of time on your hands to make these things.
@@TheMetalist Well you certainly do do a good job of making the video as well as the piece you’re making. I had seen the thumbnail for a couple of days and passed it by until I saw it was from you The Metalist. Always worth watching this I thought.👍
I made a ring roller free standing and I like yours and I suggest you make you two rollers into one but adjust your rollers closer or wider and you really don’t need pillow block bearings for 2 rollers just your idle bearings. Just a thought!
I used to build modular tools on my fixture table.... Then I realised a standalone tool is 10x more valuable. The setup time is a pain, taking more time than the work, but it ties up the whole table and if you are doing other work on the table already you have to un-setup twice and resetup twice (while interrupting all fixtures and workflow) In a 1 man shop its annoying but you can never become a 2+ worker shop with fixture table mounted tools. Being able to roll a standalone tool into storage, outside for usage or to hire it out is invaluable
Really nice design! Maybe ad some kind off measuring device ( a ruler or cheap caliper). To get repeatable bends. I own a bender without one and it's hard to get the same bends every time.
Love the work you do, wondering if you could make a custom tool cart on wheels, with custom storage solutions and accessories. I am designing a new box for myself, looking for some more ideas.
Massive shout-out to all the politicians where I live and around the world who made it possible to now pay 230% the price of steel from what I payed last year. To printing more money, and to keep treating citizens like children!
When i seen your video about your "Dream Welding Table" - I watched it. And thought "Dream table? PFFFFFFTTTTTT". I didnt see the versatility in it until i watch another video several weeks later. Of you building your tooling to fit in the threaded hole of the table. I LOVE this design! I do have one question. How do keep from dinging your threads in the table? I mean when inserting the bench clamps?
Wow, very clever design! I especially like the rollers, they look very stout. I’ve seen you use a sliding depth gauge in many of your videos, in this one it’s seen at around the 1:27 mark. Do you mind sharing the brand/model? I could really use something like that in my woodworking projects and yours looks like a really solid example. Thank you!
long way around to arrive at it but worth every minute people that buy things are stupid, you could have gone so far as to dig the material out of the ground and make your own steel, I like this version.
Nice build, it's really inspiring to see! .. When do you decide to use MIG/MAG and when to use TIG ? (saw you doing mostly everything with the MIG/MAG and then during roller fabrication you switch to TIG?).. thank you for sharing!
Nice green. And your table system is fookin genius.
Thank you 💪😊

Excellent work as always! Having it mount to your bench like that for adjustable roller spacing is brilliant!
Thank you 😁

That is another awesome build and excellent video editing, thank you for taking time to film and post this video!
Thank you 😁 you are welcome 💪
Your brain and handy work are admirable. (Is / are? "is" sounds better, but I know "are" is correct. Either way, wow.)
Pretty cool 😎 would love a welding table like that
as you’ve shown you can mount pretty much anything to it 👍
Thank you 😁

that mountng table is genius
Love your bandsaw table,good idea

Another fine addition to the table accessories 👍🏼👍🏼
Very good model. Ingenious. Great job.
Awesome build! Of course, it was your hammer that took the show. I’m dubbing it “The Iron Fist of Fabrication”. 😆
Thank you 😁😅🤜

Nice roller bender. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week :)
worth watching just to see the iron fist !

Einfach nur hammer hammer geil, vielen Dank Dirk fürs Zeigen, bin hin und weg :-)
Good stuff! You could use it as a press when mounted vertically and removed the wheels.
Nice idea 😁
Awesome design and great functionality..👍🏽🇺🇸👍🏽
Loved the video. Very cool. Just a bit sad that the paint came off so quickly on the outer rollers. But hey, what would you expect
Thank you 😁
That table is bad ass
Love watching your work
Very nice. Nice hammer. Thank you for the video and your time

You are 100% right. If you earn your money with that work.
I will use that Machine maybe 2-3 time a year...
Build more tables?

Parabéns pela calandra, muito bem feita!
It looks great, can you do a full circle? It looks like it would hit the handle
Thank you 😁 yes it is possible, in the Video after that one i bend a circle with a 200mm diameter. But it is meant to bend arcs 😊
