I'm really rooting for Brock, as a person, not just as a Canuck or a hockey player. So glad he's on our side. My mom passed away in July and she was a fan of Brock's. He's all class. He's the kind of guy you want to get behind, whether he's on your team or not. I always saw him as a guy with 40 goal, 70 point potential. Maybe now he can realize that potential.

Loss is hard for us all. Amplified more as a public figure. Forced conversations from strangers and the feeling of being forced to open to all as man, to those of us all that really don't deserve to see another be so transparent, must be one of the hardest things as a person. Respect to the professional Brock and nothing but love to us all that knows loss. ❤

i know what this feels like because my parents divorced when i was 3 and i stayed with my mom and she passed away when i was home alone with her so i get it but you always have to move on sometimes and my story happend when i was just 8.
