Try "Gallotii kebab" with "paratha"...."chicken kadrai"., "Mutton korma"..., JUNGLI MUTTON.,though you won't this jungle mutton in .,Nigeria..., only India.....
I am an overseas Filipino worker about a decade ago in Abu Dhabi UAE and I always go to lulu supermarket at al wahda mall to buy Indian Foods in their food section of different dishes of Orient, Arab, Continental and Indian Foods( knowing that I am Filipino). My friends was telling me that I am weird because I even cook Indian cuisine in our flat. I love their butter chicken, curries, street foods like pakoras, and vadas and their too much sweet desserts like gulab jamun, jelebi, rasmalia , Rasgulla, ladoo etc. I even incorporate their spices in our dishes like cooking Indian style Adobo... I missed their foods...Indian restaurants are far in my place so I just cook it at home.
I am Kurdish I ate lots Indian foods in Uk our neighbor was Indian and he used to cooking and bring it to us now I am in Kurdistan I really miss Indian foods very delicious thank you love from Kurdistan to India

Greece probably has forgotten its own food over the centuries, Persia is no longer what it once was, But the Food of all these Ancient Empires is still preserved in India. Think of all the delicacies offered to the Greek Gods in temples dedicated to Apollo, Poseidon or Athena, The Royal Dishes that Persian Nobles ate. Because of the Silk Road (Which united Middle East, Greece, India and China), These Ancient Food are all preserved to this day in India !!!

What I know these countries once become one with Indonesia were Malaysia, Singapore, brunei, south Philippines, Champa (Vietnam,Cambodia)and south Thailand during srivijaya empire. Also people in this region shared same religion (Buddhism that time), race, culture and language(Malay)! Cholas invaded and destroyed srivijaya because srivijaya monopoly trade between India and China! The history so interesting 😂
Ika Faizah ,a bit more connection madam..))..the old Malaysia and indonesian script(may be srivijayan)was inspired from Tamil brahmic script of pallava dynasty time ,which predates cholas by centuries and the same pallavas are said to have familial relations with the kingdoms of the south east ,whom they callled as naga vamshis,during ages when male heirs to throne was absent in pallava dynasty...also in Malaysia and indonesia Indians were/are called as kaling (which is a bit derogatory now,after the lower economic status of india now)..but in Indian state of Orissa(kalinga) still after all these years there is a festival called "Bali yatra" where in ancient traders used to start their journey to Bali dwipa ,but now many of odisa people are unaware of the history,sadly they just participate in the ceremony..and Sumatra was called "suvarna dwipa" in india..plus cholas attacked the srivijayan tax posts in Malacca strait as they were taxing heavily on the Indian and Chinese ships trading silk and Chinese clay potteries due to which trade was being unviable..and don't think cholas actually conquered srivijaya...they just destroyed the tax collecting outposts and sacked some ships...don't know much..as we don't have any records..plus Hinduism,Buddhism and Islam came to nusantra from india/Indian traders..plus can even say the Islamic conquest of india paved way for the islamization of indonesia and Malaysia..))
I am a cake decorator by trade… I did an Indian wedding and it was sooo beautiful! The family invited me to dinner to plan the wedding cake and groom’s cake. The food was so good and so spicy I had tears coming down my cheeks!🤣🤣🤣👍 They we’re such wonderful people!❤️

It doesn't take that much time. Every dish has almost the same basic ingredients. Onion, garlic, cumin, ginger, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala...... I live in India and never cooked till my mother got sick and bedridden for 15 days. That time i learnt how easy indian cooking is. Almost all dishes have the same basic ingredients. I love to cook as a hobby but now i cook only when my mom is visiting my sister for few days. XD coz she judges my cooking a lot and she'll constantly hover over me in the kitchen and monitor everything 😂😂😂😂

What I know these countries once become one with Indonesia were Malaysia, Singapore, brunei, south Philippines, Champa (Vietnam,Cambodia)and south Thailand during srivijaya empire. Also people in this region shared same religion (Buddhism that time), race, culture and language(Malay)! Cholas invaded and destroyed srivijaya because srivijaya monopoly trade between India and China! The history so interesting 😂
Ika Faizah ,a bit more connection madam..))..the old Malaysia and indonesian script(may be srivijayan)was inspired from Tamil brahmic script of pallava dynasty time ,which predates cholas by centuries and the same pallavas are said to have familial relations with the kingdoms of the south east ,whom they callled as naga vamshis,during ages when male heirs to throne was absent in pallava dynasty...also in Malaysia and indonesia Indians were/are called as kaling (which is a bit derogatory now,after the lower economic status of india now)..but in Indian state of Orissa(kalinga) still after all these years there is a festival called "Bali yatra" where in ancient traders used to start their journey to Bali dwipa ,but now many of odisa people are unaware of the history,sadly they just participate in the ceremony..and Sumatra was called "suvarna dwipa" in india..plus cholas attacked the srivijayan tax posts in Malacca strait as they were taxing heavily on the Indian and Chinese ships trading silk and Chinese clay potteries due to which trade was being unviable..and don't think cholas actually conquered srivijaya...they just destroyed the tax collecting outposts and sacked some ships...don't know much..as we don't have any records..plus Hinduism,Buddhism and Islam came to nusantra from india/Indian traders..plus can even say the Islamic conquest of india paved way for the islamization of indonesia and Malaysia..))

It doesn't take that much time. Every dish has almost the same basic ingredients. Onion, garlic, cumin, ginger, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala...... I live in India and never cooked till my mother got sick and bedridden for 15 days. That time i learnt how easy indian cooking is. Almost all dishes have the same basic ingredients.
I love to cook as a hobby but now i cook only when my mom is visiting my sister for few days. XD coz she judges my cooking a lot and she'll constantly hover over me in the kitchen and monitor everything 😂😂😂😂
