I don't know why, but the NFL seemed to peak (at least for me) in the mid-2000s. Just seemed like the games were so competitive and there wasn't too much "look at me" nonsense. In any event, man I miss watching Peyton -- I know exactly where I was when he threw TD 49 to Stokely.
Y’all did Peyton dirty! how dare you not surround him with a good defense every year or good o line every year for a dynasty ! Also how dare you for pushing Peyton out the back door ! You fools lost ! Peyton got another ring after you left him clowns !
He had a neck injury. Colts didn’t want to take the risk of him coming back and not being back at his full potential. I can understand why they did what they did
You do realize that’s colts had a pretty solid Oline under Peyton right? Also the defense had some great years. They were the number 1 scoring defense in the whole NFL during the 2007 season so you have no idea what you’re talking about
Peyton Manning was 43% more likely to lose during a good performance (90+ passer rating) compared to Tom Brady. Tom Brady was 50% more likely to win during a bad performance (80 and under passer rating) compared to Peyton Manning. That explains the majority of the difference in their winning % tbh
wtf does that even mean. Sounds to me Brady always seemed to win DESPITE having a bad performance because his team was able to carry him to victory while Peyton had to career the burden of always having to OVERCOME terrible teammate play (defense)

Totally agree
It was the best ball undoubtedly. The matchups were all time greats
Literally cried at every one of these moments
Still makes me misty today
These highlights put tears in my eyes. What a team.
Brings a tear to my eye. The GOAT forever and always!

Just imagine if Dungy and Polian didn't draft 250lbs DT's and midget DB's like Jason David....should of had multiple rings.
There will never be a QB like Peyton again. Brady might have better numbers, but there will never be a better leader than Manning.
GOAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
🐐
2000’s was great football

I’m not crying you’re crying. 🥲
Good gravy gonna make a grown man cry! #JT4MVP
the fact that this video is ONLY 5 minutes long.... do better colts. Sent with love :)
Baltimore native I hate the Colts for life historical reasons but I always respected Peyton
Because they bailed in the middle of the night. Hey, Johnny Unitas was also disappointed in them

@@BoilerBricks87 wow one year he had a defense is not a lot you clown
@@ben6077 The only clown is the guy having a meltdown in the TH-cam comments section and acting like any of this affected him personally.
