MTV is still confused that their are people who can actually sing and play real instruments live. They probably had to have a meeting after this performance to figure out what just happened.

The moment that many saw them for the first time. Most of the people in the crowd and the MTV crew had never heard of them. Performers were given three takes, but The Warning nailed two songs on the first take. You have just witnessed the drummer Pau’s ‘scream of destruction’! You have no idea. The drummer can sing with the same ferocity as the lead singer, while drumming with the same intensity. They are better than a gallon of coffee to wake up in the morning, where your heart feels like you just finished an intense workout at the gym.

Their concert at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX is the gold standard for concert video and audio, and they cover a lot of their catalog (nearly two hours worth.) Check out Narcisista to see what Pau can do as a frontwoman. She's also lead vocals on 23 and Dust to Dust while killing the drums. Dany is lead on most of their songs, and every once in a while Ale will take lead if Dany needs to rest her voice, but you'll only find that on a handful on fancams. While most of us prefer the live performances, I've gotta say the OMVs are great in their own right.

I discovered them about 8 months ago and I have listened to to their music more than any band since then. I am 56 years old and this is REAL rock! Love them!
They are three sisters from Monterrey Mexico. Their names are Daniela aka Dany on lead vocals and guitar, Alejandra aka Ale (pronounced Ah-lay) on the bass, and lastly but certainly not least... Weighing in at a buck ten soaking wet and 4 ft 11 inches tall, Paulina aka Pau (pronounced POW!) on the drums. This is your new favorite band. Just give em a chance and jump in the fire!
Yes the drummer Paulina aka Pau(Pow) is an outstanding singer...It' really makes me happy when I get to witness new fans of this special family.. This is one of their best performances on video. Don't miss the VMA after movie on their channel. It is hilarious. Also realize they have no bad songs. I know that is a bold statement, but you'll notice it often in the comments. We mean it sincerely. I own all their released CDs and have the fourth on order. From the moment they started writing and composing their own works, they were great creators. Their latest stuff is out of this world. Watch 'em all!

heh. If you really want to get a feel for what Pau can do & how they share the stage with each other, watch the following from their Teatro Metropolitan concert (in order): Survive, 23, Dust to Dust, Revenant, and Narcisista
These ladies are incapable of writing a bad song. Watch the entire concert from Teatro Metropolitan from August of 2022. This is the video I saw 15 months ago that spiralled me into The Warning rabbit hole. There are so many of their songs that take the listener on a musical and lyrical super rollercoaster ride, with slow build ups, pauses, then extreme pounding cords and bass lines. The Warning is a once in a generation phenomenon. I flew down from Portland Oregon with my daughter to see them live over 4 months ago in Tijuana where they started with Disciple. Ale’s bass kicked me in the chest and knocked me over, then Pau beat me over the head with her drums and then Dany finished me off by slaying me with her guitar and vocals. Once you go down The Warning rabbit hole there's no way out, like Black Holes (which is one of my favorite songs of theirs). Warning: you will be innundated by The Warning Army!

Welcome to The Warning Army. You are hooked and don't try and deny it. You (and the rest of us) have rediscovered traditional rock and roll made modern by these gals.
I became acquainted with The Warning two months ago, and it has been a glorious journey for me because I have fallen back in love with my ultimate genre. Eventually you will get to a point to where you see their early stuff and you will see how their hard work was exactly that, and now I believe they are reaping the fruits of that labor. Another quality reaction. 😊
The best part of reactions to this particular video is people will get 1/3 of the way in and be impressed by the stage presence, and they haven't gotten to the part where Pau goes all unhinged lol. It's just great.
The Warning, Band-Maid, and Lovebites. The three best female bands ever! You definitely need to check out the new song that just came out, Automatic Sun.

You should see Paulina (drummer) sing lead and play drums at the same time. For example, in "Dust to Dust" live at Teatro Metropolitan.
Other great examples from that concert are *23, Narcisista,* and *Revenant.* Don't miss her cover of Radiohead's *Creep,* performed all alone on out-of-tune piano, filmed in black-and-white, on an iPhone. It will rip your heart out and stomp on it. Or, go back to the 2018 Dakota Bar performances of *Show Me the Light* and *Black Holes.* They were very young then, but OMG what performers at that moment.
The Warning is performing a “Face Lift” to Hard Rock, and wait till you hear more, oh boy!
The Warning: always set on Automatic Stun. When they're welcoming a new Disciple (like yourself). When they're performing a S!CK song. When you're wanting MORE, and more Paubell. Hell, even when it's time for your final Dust to Dust. Enjoy the ride, cause it'll be the Hell You Call A Dream.🤘

As I'm sure other members of the Army have told you, the history of these amazing musicians (and amazing people as well) is worth acquainting yourself with. When they were 13, 11, and 9 and still learning their instruments, they learned Metallica's Enter Sandman, recorded a video of their performance and posted it to TH-cam so their grandparents could see it (I think this was around 2014). Well, 24 million views, 'likes' from Metallica, and 10 years later, they are now the amazing young ladies you're watching now.

You can tell from Ale’s body language that she was a bit nervous until the music started and she got into the zone and killed it.
You can see it in Automatic Sun, too, especially when the the song drops to her 1/4 note pedaling.
I don't think Ale, cool as a cucumber, "It's just another show", Warning's steady as a rock foundation, Ice Queen gets nervous. But, ...that's just the way I see it.

The Warning write meaningful lyrics and use their own unique style of rock to deliver the story. They are even better live, as they know how to get the crowd involved for an awesome show.

I've been a fan for years. When they covered Pretender, I immediately saw the soul of rock and metal re-incarnated in 3 young girls and have been a fan since. There is so much you can ask if they can do, and trust me, the answer is yes. They can do it all.

Paulina ( Pau, as in POW! ) actually sings lead vocals while drumming on a number of tracks: 'Dust to Dust', '23', 'Revenant' (this song might be right up your street! A ballad performed acoustically), 'Narcisista' to name a few. The performances of all of these songs at the Teatro Metropolitan CDMX 2022 are all top notch and of course live. You'll see another angle, another dynamic of what makes these young ladies so special.
They have also released a couple of singles lately from their forth coming album (released June 28th 2024) 'Hell You Call a Dream' (live from the Pepsi Center CDMX) and the latest one; 'Automatic Sun' - Studio audio with footage from their performance at the Monterrey Music Festival Mexico (31st March 2024). Alejandra (Ale') the bass player is so chill and usually does backing vocals, but there are videos out there where she takes the lead, Daniella (Dani) on guitar is typically the lead, and Paulina (Pau - pronounced 'POW') is just a force of nature on those drums (Drumeo Rock Drummer of 2023, btw). I cannot get enough of seeing her decimate those things, then watching her drop that scream of destruction. This band is truly a generational talent! Pick any song and you'll not only love it, but you'll find yourself saying "This is my new favorite" quite frequently.
hi, Pau, the drummer, does most of the choirs, but there are also several songs where she takes the lead voice while playing at full capacity, I recommend 23, or dust to dust, live at the "metropolitan theater" in 2022

The Warning does have some ballads, mostly sung by the drummer, Pau. Have a look at “Revenant” and “23” live from the Teatro Metropolitan.
Pau, the drummer, sings several songs, he has a very powerful voice like Dany, I would say it is softer and melodic but very forceful. I recommend "Dust To Dust" there he sings the entire song while Ale and Dany do the harmonies. Greetings from Colombia 🇨🇴, we really like your reactions.

No one is in the background. That’s right. You know that right from the start. I’ve seen Pau described as a pocket sized nuclear reactor. They’re all involved in the songwriting process but Pau usually starts with an idea and is the principal lyricist. Their performances are so riveting that it’s easy to initially overlook the fact that the lyrics are always smart. This one was inspired by a Netflix documentary Pau was watching on natural selection and questions whether human are altering the course of evolution through genetic manipulation.. there are so many layers to these three sisters it’s uncanny. No weak points, no weak songs, top musicianship, every single time. Thanks for coming back, you’ve only scratched the surface. Cheers

For a change of pace. Try The Warning "23" at the Metropolitan from August of 2022. They pull it back just a bit. Paulina leads the song on vocals. The entire Met concert is gold.

I'm sure I'm the thousandth person to probably say it but if you wanna get reinvigorated with the rock scene check out bands from Japan. Start with Band-Maid, the band The Warning absolutely love. They are actually paying together in Japan soon and a collab is likely coming. The new live video of Don't You Tell Me is a good start and example of their power but literally only the tip of the iceberg. So many great bands in Japan right now.

Small wonder that the drums aren't just a background instrument for TW as Pau (the drummer) is the creative mastermind behind most of TW's compositions.

Also their new song 'Automatic Sun' might just be the best thing they've ever done. Then again I say that about every new song they release.
