I've bought mine back in 2010, one of the last brand new ones to grace these shores and it is a keeper (still got it in 2022). This bike brings a smile to my face every time I take it out of the garage 🙂. You were a bit harsh on the handling...I've gone to a slimmer rear tyre and a set of tapered handle bars with risers (the original bars flex in quick left/right changes) and this thing is on rails. Yes those scrapy thingos on my foot pegs are gone and I've been chasing many a sports bike up and down the hills around my home town. Two up and luggage, no problem, quick blast around some mountain roads, no problem, a commute to work, no problem. 12 years of ownership and still love mine 🙂 Nice review 🙂
Does anyone notice how absolutley perfect this video is made? Cutting, camera angel, sounds, music, speech - I must stuck into a hollywood movie instead of a youtube clip! Brilliant and the perfect stage for that bike! The GSX1400 is so amzaing - you`ve got tons of torque and a six speed gearbox - where the half of gears would suit as well. Bought my lady three months ago and tomorrow going to take her out for the first time...thanks for getting in the mood watching your video! The best to you guys - always a safe ride!
I have owned a few sports and naked bikes. I was looking for a new ride and whilst flicking through bike sales decided on a gsx 1400 . All I will say is this.....she is a keeper. I have never looked for a new ride since. Blessed are we that own one.
I had one for a while and I found it just perfect... the power & easy riding position made me switch from sportsbike to big naked bikes! Now I am riding a CB 1300...

Absolutely loved this video. Here in India, we have a rather unique looking bike called the 'Mojo'. It is by Mahindra & Mahindra group which is known for manufacturing farm tractors, long haul trucks & SUV's. Though Mojo with its rather tiny 295cc single cylinder produces a little over 26bhp & 26nm torque, but its character and stance seems like a miniature version of this Suzuki behemoth.

I must say the bike does handle really well for it's type and age and brakes are great imo but the previous owner did just have the front forks serviced and brakes reconditioned and this is coming from someone that also has a Ducati X-Diavel S with Brembo M50 Callipers.

I liked these along with the Yam XJR and MT01.. How would you compare to the current crop of muscle bikes like the Diavel or Rocket 3R? Is it time they made a comeback?
I’d honestly class the diavel and rocket 3r in a completely different class all together, they are more of a power type cruiser or sports cruiser. However if I was to compare the latest with the old greatest well… it wouldn’t be much of a fair fight since there’s a giant leap difference in technology. Obviously the rocket and diavel are going to be the better in performers (accelerating, top speed, braking and suspension) BUT I will state this… if we are talking engine longevity and touring on distance, you’ll be at a big win covering these grounds on the old inline 4 muscles bikes.

Hey Mate, I just bought the Suzuki Gsx 1400 model 2008, I live in New Zealand, do you know what type of petrol to use on this bike? 91 or 95? Thanks a Lot, awesome video....

I have 2003 model. Been looking one of these for a long time and finally found one. New painting, new exhaust (twin of course), new lights(led)/blinks(led), tuned up engine etc. Just awesome bike!
seems like the CB1300 is the most favored muscle bike.. just as well we got to ride one last weekend for a video review, currently in the process of editing that video at the moment. CB1300S model
Lovely bike for an EASE to Acute BANDITAHOLICISM, was thinking a very very healthy Z1300 shaft drive with d.f.i. fuel inj. Oooooh nice, but a GSX 1400 hopefully fuel injected, also Lovely. Maybe if the Planets lined up ?, Very very, very healthy Bandit 1250 inj GSF type. SUPERB dreams of Blessed Bandit Time Times.
Mmm wouldn’t really class it as a muscle bike as such BUT great touring bike (GT version) plus that naked is a force to be reckoned with HOLY HELL they’ve got some POWER!!!
Spungy brakes? The brakes are shit?!? You must have gotten a really bad specimen. This bike has the greatest brakes I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve ridden about 100 different bikes. The engine and the brakes are the life insurances on this bike. 100-0kmh (60-0mph) will take just above 32 meters - name another bike that has that performance. Good feeling in the grip, always enough stopping power if You dare to. The chassis and suspension are - as mentioned - the downsides of this brute. I open up mine from intake to exhaust, and added PCV. Had a few runs and sold it. Too smooth, too discrete if You want to grow old. Moved too fast before noticing how fast it really was moving. I miss it, but the heavy adventurer (replacement bike) keeps me alive, thou it has zero of that sleeper/humiliating others factor the GSX has.

GSX1400 + Yoshimura cam shafts + Acrapovich full exhaust + BMC filter + charting = 150+bhp @ 7650 & 15.8nm @ 5460 or 130 rear wheel hp + 13.2nm r w hp..

Hey Mate, I just bought the Suzuki Gsx 1400 model 2008, I live in New Zealand, do you know what type of petrol to use on this bike? 91 or 95? Thanks a Lot, awesome video....
I agree the dual pipes do look grouse!!
Ont fait plu de Motos comme çà intanporel toujour a la mode et très fillable
Loved the review . Hello from Scotland . Long legged spider monkey 🐒 brilliant
14.ans jamais de problèmes super machine increvables que du bonheur
Ten motocykl jest zajebisty ! Jeżdżę na nim już od 8 lat ! I co roku dostarcza mi mnóstwo zabawy z jazdy, uwielbiam ten model !
Świetny film ! Pozdrawiam
Yeah. Best big bike. Full of power - always. Best is that I have one :) and I will newer sold it !
Desearía que está máquina se vendiera hoy en día , es impresionante y hermosa
Are you guys saving the best for last. I really want to see the xjr1300 review as I'm thinking of buying one 😄
Maybe 😁 haha
Im hoping to have the xjr uploaded next week 🙏
I tried both and bought the 1400 it's just better.
I have had both Bikes ,I sold my XJR1300 BUT still have a GSX1400 and will never sell it. imo the GSX is a far better Bike all-round than the XJR, The GSX1400 just is super fun Bike to ride and it is a beast , The XJR is just another Bike it is slow compared to the GSX1400.
130000 km super.machine que du bonheur pas de problème
I have 2003 model.
Been looking one of these for a long time and finally found one.
New painting, new exhaust (twin of course), new lights(led)/blinks(led), tuned up engine etc.
Just awesome bike!
And you can get that bored and set up new pistons head etc ported and flowed to a 1620cc with 160hp
Twin needles always have class.
Спасибо за видео! Байк очень достойный!
잘봤어요~^^
저는 대한민국에서 GSX1400 잘타고 있습니다.
Hello~ GSX1400 nice bike ^^
Im glad you're loving the gsx1400 great bike
Beautiful bike!!👏👏
Size Always Matter ❤
Great video!!!
Honestly. That's more then enough power for me...
i love the old school monsters the gsx 1400 is a sexy monster
Hmmmm what about the Suzuki B-King🤔
The B-King is a genuine naked streetfighter NOT a muscle bike. It’s literally the busa with no fairings hence that’s what a streetfighter is.
Finallllllyyyyyy. 😂
Hahaha had to keep the suspense… for about a year hahah
dont tip it just enjoy it
With all these bigger nakeds you should find an X11 and have a go.
Never got them here
Great review.
To me the CB1300 is my 1st option.
Cheers.
seems like the CB1300 is the most favored muscle bike.. just as well we got to ride one last weekend for a video review, currently in the process of editing that video at the moment. CB1300S model
@@6tdegrees Waiting for that one.
Thanks.
i agree, these are a very very underpriced bike.
Fab bike, brilliant.
Just love mine ;-)
Honda CB 1300 all day every day for me.
CB1300 great bike but terrible riding position. Same goes for X11. I've had 5 GSX1400's. Best compromise .
I'd say the BMW K1300 is the answer.
Mmm wouldn’t really class it as a muscle bike as such BUT great touring bike (GT version) plus that naked is a force to be reckoned with HOLY HELL they’ve got some POWER!!!
Beast😎😍😍😎😎
I think I prefer my 2005 Kawasaki ZRX 1200R.
Davonte Ridges
Modèle 2003 indestructibles
Gen 1 Z1000 was a much better bike.
BEST keyring EVER!!! Spat my tea out through my nose.
Proper review! "Thats a huuuge b!tch" 😂😂😂😂😂
