I was thinking about this after the last video, I can't help but think that for the GPS race, apart from the usual Conrod, flywheel & springs, the better spring keepers & rockers along with drilling out the oil gallery & fitting vents with a PCV & catch can would be a good idea, even if you only use a little camshaft (I'd always go for a Dynocams 265 CM grind though, I just love the way it drives). just to make sure there are going to be no engine failures. and I suppose a genuine Comet belt over any of the cheaper ones. It doesn't need to be the most powerful engine out there, but it needs to finish the race in order to win the race!

I added 4 copper washers to each of the rollers in the juggernaut & Drilled another hole to adjust the driven pulley spring as loose as it can go & it made it crazy fast .
@@mlindsay527 I realize I'm late to the conversation. I think you have it backwards. At low RPM's you want the engine to have the most mechanical advantage possible for acceleration. That's what the juggernaut is designed for. You want to delay the driven pulley engaging until your engine reaches its powerband, that way you have max power for while its changing ratios into high gear.
Slot the mounting holes on your back plate so you can tighten the belt up just shy of the bike trying to creep at idle. The lower the belt is in the driver, the lower your starting drive ratio and you’ll get a better launch.
I have a 225 stock Tilly on a 110cc atv frame with a 24mm NIBBI carb and a stage 3 juggernaut TC. Would a 18:50 gear ratio be good to top over 50/60mph???

Doesn't that have a 40 tooth sprocket? If so that's why it didn't get to valve float. It's expected that the Jugg be quicker and faster because of the large difference in gearing compared to the stock driver. For my 196 Coleman I like 9/60 gearing with the stock driver. Tons of low end for off road and the same top speed you got here with the stock driver, but at nearly the same RPM you got with the Juggernaut.

Hello black66. I am building a qs138 v3 powered large mega moto frame and I was curious about the build you made on the mini moto frame. The qs motor comes with a 428 sprocket and the mega moto 80 frame comes with a 35? The large mega moto frame comes with a 40# sprocket and I was wondering if you had any advice on how to go along with that size difference on the sprockets. Thanks.

What are the mods on the bike? I have a juggernaut driver and converter but haven't put them on my ct200u yet. I've adj carb with intake header, tilly R coil, 60th rear. Runs at 4440rpm max (only 22mph but primary usage is hunting and pulling a deer out). 22mph with no suspension off road feels like 60 on road.
Standard driver is what you need you'll do around 40, I tried the juggernaut on a stage 1.5 it actually was slower top end because you need to get up to around the 6000 plus rpm before it starts really doing something

You wouldn't need a Juggernaut to pull deer. Your 60 tooth sprocket would work great with the stock driver for slower speed pulling. The 60 tooth and Juggernaut would be ok at slower speeds but not so good at higher road speed. You'll see. For a basic setup on a Coleman 200 with a mainly stock engine a torque converter and a 60 tooth sprocket work very well. And for off road lower your tire pressure. I think I might be running 5-7 psi.

70s they ran a Salisbury torque converter...the juggernaut is a replica of that. My Harrison has one.

I run them on everything I can but I do know this. The juggernaut and the Ghost 212 go together like peas and carrots.

This is great information. I haven’t been able to find a juggernaut to fit my 196.
You have to get a 3/4" adapter sleeve for the crankshaft, the 196cc has a 16mm crankshaft
Build it. Clone crankshafts are $30. With more compression and a cam 196's work just fine.
How much do you need to cut off the adapter to work.. seems to long to fit..

Nice! How did it affect your low end. My thought is that it would lower your engagement rpms and slow your takeoff.

You should test the Juggernaut against the Torquezilla.

Change the weights in the juggernaut and see if that makes any difference.

Ok..I purchased the sleeve to covert to 3/4 so I can run a juggernaut.. it is too long to line up.. how much should I cut it to fit?

No, not yet. The stock tires are not rated for high speed. I don't recommend riding fast with the stock tires.

You wouldn't need a Juggernaut to pull deer. Your 60 tooth sprocket would work great with the stock driver for slower speed pulling. The 60 tooth and Juggernaut would be ok at slower speeds but not so good at higher road speed. You'll see.
