- We also talk to keyboarders! Interview with Tuomas Holopainen of NIGHTWISH conducted on the occasion of the band's concert in Vienna on 8 December 2015. GuitarMania talked with Tuomas about the "Endless Forms Most Beautiful" tour, and wanted to know from Tuomas how he writes the guitar parts and riffs for the songs, as well as plans to release a Live DVD in 2016. Excellent interview with fine questions asked about how the whole process making of songs are going on. Questions that I haven`t seen asked before, and a very relaxed Toumas, answering everything in a clever intelligent and polite way. really a joyful interview

...theater? lol sorry bad joke lol. but yea there's way too much bad blood tbh i really can't stand this guy anymore. i got about half way through this before i got tired of listening to him talk about how he does everything. it's brutally obvious now what he thinks of himself and his band mates...and it's that he rules all and his band mates are expendable. :(

+Kewl Beans So when he gets excited while praising Floor, Troy and Kai both as people and musicians and what all they've done for the band he's faking it? Yeah nope. Go watch an interview where that happens and look how he lights up and babbles about it :)

i must've missed that part since i got tired of him talking about himself half way through.
I was ever neither in Sweden nor in Finland, so it's hard for me to
estimate whether it's much different from what I've seen in Russia. I know only that Finns have totally different language, but a lot of them look like Russians. Some of Finns look more Scandiavian, some more like Slavic people.
Possibly because they are a mixture of all these peoples.
By the way, who does write music in Nightwish and who does write the texts for the songs?
+Alexander Howard Tuomas does both! 90% of the music (the rest 10% is Marco's and Emppu's contributions) and 100% of the lyrics (in their latest album "endless forms most beautiful" Marco wrote some lyrics too, together with Tuomas. These songs are "weak fantasy" and "Yours is an empty hope")
Marco also had some contribution with "The Greatest Show on Earth" I think.

lol nightwish was born in july he says so in the official bio and other places.
