Witness Katie McLaughlin (a Canton Firefighter/Paramedic) graduated from Canton High w/ Caitlin Albert in 2014. When the Defense brought up photos of McLaughlin socializing & being in the same friend group w/ Caitlin Albert, Lally objected to the jury seeing those photos. Judge Cannone sustained.
This jury is being deprived of any knowledge & evidence of the many ways in which the Alberts had their hands in this investigation. *Kevin Albert, Brian Albert's brother, arranged Katie McLaughlin's interview* w/ MSP Trooper Proctor _AFTER_ Canton PD was expelled & Massachusetts State Police was assigned to investigate instead (due to a _conflict of interest_ with Kevin & Brian's relationship). Kevin was conflicted out & then spoke to the witness - which could be called "witness tampering!"
This is the _ONLY_ witness who claims to have heard Karen say she hit John, and she happens to be biased - yey the judge doesn't want the jury to know that! In fact, she prevented them from knowing it, and they must instead infer the truth solely from Jackson's unanswered questions of McLaughlin as to who arranged her police interview. This is a violation of Karen Read's rights & prohibitive of a fair trial.
A man was found deceased on Brian Albert's lawn, and NOBODY in his home at the time was ever investigated. The home was never SEARCHED. Trooper Proctor's text messages to friends revealed that the Alberts _wouldn't be investigated_ because Brian was "a Boston cop." The corruption has been *_displayed on a silver platter_*

I wanna say to everyone constantly saying "Karen is a nobody why would they want to frame her?" It doesn't matter if she's a nobody or not. Not everyone that gets framed is framed because they are somebody... She was in the right place at the wrong time. She is a scapegoat for the real murders. It happens all the time. Someone just happens to be there, they are the perfect person to pin it on to get away with their own crimes. In fact, being the girlfriend of the victim only helps because the first suspects are almost always those closest to the victim.

Also, why did the snow plow driver say that he saw NO body outside at around 2:45-3AM, which was around the same time that McCabe googled how long it takes to die in the cold. The snow plow driver did several passes until 6 am and John was not out there at any point.
McCabe, who was with her during that time stated, initially to the Grand Jury, that Read ASKED the question, "Did I hit him?" but after the paramedic's BS lies changed her story to Read saying, "I hit him." So you tell me. Yes, they are in on it.

If John O'Keefe's body had been in that location for 5.5 hours, it would not have been a viable cardiac arrest. He would have been dead for hours. It was already below freezing at midnight, and the temperature steadily declined thereafter. He had no coat, and one foot was uncovered. He would have suffered a fatal arrythmia within the first hour of laying out there in the cold. I don't know what happened. But I don't think his head broke the taillight on a car that never left the roadway. His body was 12 feet into the yard. No wonder the manner of death was ruled undetermined.

He knew he could use his family connections w/ the Canton & State Police to keep them from asking him probing questions, taking pictures of his face/hands, and doing the same for his nephew Colin. Ive never seen such an unprofessional judge who is incredibly bias 😳 its insane. I really hope the jury is picking up on everything with the witnesses "not remembering" and the judges behavior.

The judge is disgusted. Because the defense has no merit and ridiculous! This isn't the 1960s. Some people are clueless! Cops are not framing a murder scene! Just wait till you see all the evidence! Especially when they show that her vehicle was traveling 60 ft in reverse at over 20 miles an hour. And John's hair was found in the tail lights. She's a psycho cop killer.
