The prosecution is 4 witnesses in and there has been nothing incriminating about Karen at all. The most incriminating thing they have is people saying they heard her say “I hit him, I hit him” and none of those people reported it to the hospital staff or wrote it in their patient care report.
As a former EMT myself, being hit by a vehicle would be the FIRST thing reported, followed up with hypothermia.
He didn’t take note of the head wound on the BACK of his patient’s head. That means he did a poor job on patient assessment.
Also, when even 1 thing is wrong or false in a report ( dispatch times, location…etc) then EVERYTHING is wrong or false. The report cannot be relied upon to determine what is true.
She has one of the best defense lawyers I've seen in recent years.
The prosecutor is doing a great job for the defense also.

I think for this trial we need a "dirty cop counter" and a "cover-up counter" and a "bias counter" that tracks the judges for/against Prosecution/Defense decisions.
Nope. Can’t look at a crime scene, if it coincides with being the home of the venerable Albert family.
Maybe they should dig up their backyard. Who knows how many more corpses are to be found there.
I’ve never seen a judge so in the pocket of the prosecution. An appellate court would over turn because of bias if Karen found guilty.
You should watch the Husel murder trial. The state wouldn’t even object to what the defense was saying and the judge would stop the defense and scold them for little things like leading.
It's dang near impossible to get an appellate court to even take up a case where bias is alleged and that's just one more point of how corrupt our judicial system is becoming.
The most telling thing is that all this goes on and no one comes from the house to investigate???

Where did the evidence of her car going x mph y distance come from? If it was her car computer then that could likely be slick road and spinning tires.
If evidence was from her phone location then couldn't the people who had her phone and doing searches also take her phone for car ride to fabricate the going backwards evidence.
This judge is an embarrassment for that state…imagine conducting yourself this way in a case as big as this 🥴 It’s painfully obvious that she’s biased. Kudos to the defense for staying professional and doing an amazing job against the commonwealth AND the judge!
Judge sustains each prosecution objective without hesitating? seems odd
She knows as soon as the question is asked whether it warrants and objection or not. Judges rarely need to think about whether it warrants an objection unless it’s a complicated question.
It’s not for judges clarification, it is for the jury and also the record, if it was to be appealed.
Only seems odd if you ignore how leading the questions are.

Aunt Bev is showing exactly why she's referred to as Aunt Bev by the Albert family.
The police officer is lying through his teeth, 1st and 2nd statement, no mention of her saying "it's my fault", yet months later he suddenly remembers it. Total frame up.
A Lot of the testimony so far is really squirrelly.
Whenever witnesses start curtly and quickly answering questions with “SURE” instead of yes , they lose credibility with me

@@ritaparent9573 she also gave 3 statements to each 3 cops, then after they each had left, she called the last one back shortly after leaving and added what she said she had forgot - the claim that Karen said she hit him.
The defense will call her she’s a witness they have the right.
Her name with about a gazillion others does appear on the witness list. That is not a guarantee she'll be called.
This prosecutor keeps asking unrelatable, pointless and unimportant questions. It makes the trial almost unwatchable and frustrating. The defense in this case has a far better team.
For what they’re charging they better be.

She’s frustrated I’m sure with the misleading questions being asked by the defense, and their attempt to mislead the jury by asking questions that are in fact-facts not in evidence.
The trickery by the defense is bound to annoy a judge. But any judge would’ve become annoyed by some of these defense tactics.

The paramedic testified that Karen said " I hit him". He wasn't asked if he clarified what she meant by " hit". Did she punch him, did she hit him with a car ...? Seems like that would have been an important clarification to provide patient care.
And he should have asked HER while when he “supposedly” heard her say it. Her hitting him with a fist and car are two very different things. The defense should have called him out on it.

I apologize if this point has been made. So the victim was found wearing a sweatshirt and winter jacket/ layers, how is it possible for the victim to get the cuts he had on his arm considering what he was wearing? Of course we haven’t heard of the condition of his coat yet but if his coat and sweatshirt aren’t ripped then I would think that his coat and sweatshirt was off to get the injuries he had from a broken tail light unless his coat was off.
Update on my comment, I have just watched a video of the couple in a bar and the victim is seen only wearing a sweatshirt/ hoodie

yup we need "bias counter" what was with the out of the blue "judge requested sidebar" on 1st cop cross examination? There was no reason evident, like prosecution objection and sidebar is not to talk to the witness, therefore the sidebar was to talk (1) to Defense (2) about her objection. If there was a bias counter just for this 1st cross it would be up to 3 and its not over yet.

I am hoping someone contacts the defense team about the sighing and moaning into the mic by the judge. They may not hear that in the court room. That mic feed might go straight to the video feeds and they wouldn't hear it in the court room. That is not the conduct of a judge. She is supposed to be impartial. Defense team should bring this up in a motion on the next court date.
Aunt Bev should have recused herself. Such bias happening here, grounds for appeal alone should Karen be found guilty…

It's an absolute disgrace that she's on the stand. It shows the typical political corruption we see in Massachusetts every day.
@cranekraken24 is there a way to protest this? They need to make an example out of police departments like this. The public will now be thinking twice about calling for help, as to not end up in Karen's shoes now. This is an absolute witch hunt, on an innocent woman.

The Defense is on Fire! Is it me or does this judge seem to be sighting the defense more then needs to be? I "personally" feel this judge is being Bias and at times quite rude to the defense!

The constant sighing every time the defense attorneys embarrass a witness with their own lies really is beyond belief. It’s not only that.. all the law officers and emt have lied and not filed full reports of everything that happened they are all clearly lying… they got rid of the dog, sold the house, no ring cameras worked THAT NIGHT to include the neighbor also law enforcement across the street happened to not be recording or happened to be off that night, googling how long it takes to die in the cold, they didn’t even go into the house to investigate..
The prosecution also has no case and are tasked with covering up the deep corruption within the Boston Police, Mass State Police and Canton PD. To say nothing of Aunt Bev and the Massachusetts judicial system.
She's also innocent.

If she hit him so hard, i.e. so hard that her tail light broke, and he was killed, then why didn’t he have any injuries (broken bones or bruises) on the mid to lower part of his body?
So why is no one asking why NO one from the house came outside to check on why all the police ambulances and fire engines were at their house? And especially after that one female went in the house?? I find that so very strange!!

1st questions 1 & 2, to 1st cop on 1st cross exaimination - "since testifying yesterday, do you wish to change any of your testimony?" and "did you speak with anyone since yesterday about your testimony?" Make one wonder is Defense working with/ gathering evidence for the Federal dirty cop/ prosecutorial clean-up investigation? And by end of trial will "Operation Clean-up" extend to judicial?

How could she have hit him when she pulled into driveway to drop him off. Then reverse out and he supposedly landed on the other side of the yard. After day two, and listening to the testimonies, there’s reasonable doubt. Take away the personalities of the prosecution, defense and judge, what would a reasonable person think about the testimonies heard so far?
Lies, cover up, lack of investigation, lack of proper care of a crime scene. Hearing and watching these officers testimony is actually very disturbing. The way none of them recall ANYTHING except Karen being loud and upset is very odd.. who wouldn't be in absolute distress in that situation. The fact that the officer states he doesn't feel the house where a shoeless man was found frozen and his girlfriend saying that she dropped him off at this home, did not need to be searched is eye opening...
At least the judge/Aunt Bev, is making it really easy for an appeal if KR is found guilty

It’s interesting, lots of people don’t understand why so many people are lying to cover for the Alberts and McCabes. I don’t think those people understand the influence those families have in the town of Canton, they’re townies who have been there for several generations. They’re essentially a Canton combination of the Sopranos and the Kennedys.
I also think most don’t know how the few people involved that night who have decided to be truthful and honest and not followed the script have been treated by those Canton tonwies. Tom Beatty and his daughter have been honest and have been constantly attacked and ostracized by the townies.

is or has? He is only explaining what he's asked to explain. The average person isn't going to know what supine, BVM, and OPA mean (my kid cut the trial off, so that's as far as I got). Canton Fire is top-notch. The paramedic (I don't know him) seems very nervous to me 🤷🏼♀️
I have nothing bad to say about Norwood, Canton, and Walpole Fire.... they're all excellent. Boston police? No idea.

Paramedic Allnuts likes to hear himself talk. He loved being on the stand. He irritated the mess out of me. He is absolutely bragging. The way he spoke came off as completely boastful. I have heard MANY people give their work history. This guy made every answer come off as ridiculously long. He is really enjoying this.

Where did the evidence of her car going x mph y distance come from? If it was her car computer then that could likely be slick road and spinning tires.
If evidence was from her phone location then couldn't the people who had her phone and doing searches also take her phone for car ride to fabricate the going backwards evidence.

I'm unfamiliar with this case, but from what I've seen here, I think she's going to be acquitted.
