As a former EMT myself, being hit by a vehicle would be the FIRST thing reported, followed up with hypothermia. He didn’t take note of the head wound on the BACK of his patient’s head. I think for this trial we need a "dirty cop counter" and a "cover-up counter" and a "bias counter" that tracks the judges for/against Prosecution/Defense decisions.
Nope. Can’t look at a crime scene, if it coincides with being the home of the venerable Albert family. Maybe they should dig up their backyard. Who knows how many more corpses are to be found there.
You want a police officer to bust into your house and search without reasonable cause?? Need a warrant and for that you need a reason. There was no reason
yup we need "bias counter" what was with the out of the blue "judge requested sidebar" on 1st cop cross examination? There was no reason evident, like prosecution objection and sidebar is not to talk to the witness, therefore the sidebar was to talk (1) to Defense (2) about her objection. If there was a bias counter just for this 1st cross it would be up to 3 and its not over yet.

So far a LOTof theater without a lot of facts-coming from this defense Yawn 🥱 Juries tend to hold that against the defense when they promise the world but don’t deliver the goods dear.
So, these cops confirmed on the scene, that this was a fellow PO and have zero interest in delving into the who, what, where, and why of the situation? They don't recall seeing anything, hearing much. I call BS!
I feel like the judge is sustaining perfectly acceptable questions. Like asking the paramedic to repeat the claw like movement again. How is that not allowed?
1st questions 1 & 2, to 1st cop on 1st cross exaimination - "since testifying yesterday, do you wish to change any of your testimony?" and "did you speak with anyone since yesterday about your testimony?" Make one wonder is Defense working with/ gathering evidence for the Federal dirty cop/ prosecutorial clean-up investigation? And by end of trial will "Operation Clean-up" extend to judicial?

I sincerely hope everyone files a complaint against the judge calling out her unprofessionalism and disrespect, not to mention how her behaviour/demeanour could 100% affect the jury’s perspective!
It’s not only that.. all the law officers and emt have lied and not filed full reports of everything that happened they are all clearly lying… they got rid of the dog, sold the house, no ring cameras worked THAT NIGHT to include the neighbor also law enforcement across the street happened to not be recording or happened to be off that night, googling how long it takes to die in the cold, they didn’t even go into the house to investigate..
The prosecution also has no case and are tasked with covering up the deep corruption within the Boston Police, Mass State Police and Canton PD. To say nothing of Aunt Bev and the Massachusetts judicial system.
How could she have hit him when she pulled into driveway to drop him off. Then reverse out and he supposedly landed on the other side of the yard. Then, no one in the house comes out with all the commotion going on. I believe something happened in that house. Oh, and the dogs are gone. Does seem to smell of a set up.
3:26:22 I don't really understand why the judge sustained that objection. He's asking the witness to repeat their own gesture they made when describing something.
Highly suspicious. And supposedly bursts through the bedroom door and doesn’t remember if a 70 lb German Shepherd was there . Sure 🙄 I think you would remember because if that dog was there she would have been going crazy
Why doesn't the prosecution have to give reasons/justifications for the objections? The judge should judge it on the reason of the objection. He may be right but he has to give the correct reason for the objection. (I'm hrs behind)
No wonder the wheels of justice are on turtle stride in this state. 1/2 day today, no court tomorrow, court begins at 10, 1/2 days twice a week....... for crying out loud 😡

The constant sighing every time the defense attorneys embarrass a witness with their own lies really is beyond belief. Auntie Bev has been this blatantly biased and unprofessional since day 1 with this case. It really is mind-blowing that she has no one above her head to see this and remove her immediately.
It’s interesting, lots of people don’t understand why so many people are lying to cover for the Alberts and McCabes. I don’t think those people understand the influence those families have in the town of Canton, they’re townies who have been there for several generations. They’re essentially a Canton combination of the Sopranos and the Kennedys. I also think most don’t know how the few people involved that night who have decided to be truthful and honest and not followed the script have been treated by those Canton tonwies. Tom Beatty and his daughter have been honest and have been constantly attacked and ostracized by the townies.
Love the way the female judge comes in after a fiery cross examination with her sugary voice ..."alright Mr/Ms..you're all done. So, you're free to go" 😅😅😅

Lies, cover up, lack of investigation, lack of proper care of a crime scene. Hearing and watching these officers testimony is actually very disturbing. The way none of them recall ANYTHING except Karen being loud and upset is very odd.. who wouldn't be in absolute distress in that situation. The fact that the officer states he doesn't feel the house where a shoeless man was found frozen and his girlfriend saying that she dropped him off at this home, did not need to be searched is eye opening...

She's out of breath when she speaks, do you people not listen to the whole thing and just get angry at random stuff you don't like? She clearly has some lung issue which is obvious whenever she speaks
why was the question "did any other house have the dead body of a police officer on the lawn?" get objected to and sustained? Sounds like a valid question to me in response to Lally making excuses for why the homeowner/first responder didn't come outside.
Forgive me if I’m wrong but isn’t there a process to file something to remove the judge for her bias and also conflict of interest being known as “Aunt Bev” by the Albert Family?

Then Vinnie showed video on location crime scene of the only way that data could imply that evidence. Being there was only possible 63ft of travel from down the road. I don't believe it. @@missychelle33sure is, on numerous occasions.
The reason is obvious, they're leading. As agreed upon pre-trial, reasons do not need to be stated.
Very Unprofessional and Disrespectful, I hope complaints are filed!
Shouldn't the police have searched the area of the body for clues? Put up a tent and blocked it off?
Yes an yrs
Yes, and yes! And they should have left an officer there while waiting for the Sert team. But they didn't!
I can’t believe they used a leaf blower to destroy evidence!
The Defense is on Fire! Is it me or does this judge seem to be sighting the defense more then needs to be? I "personally" feel this judge is being Bias and at times quite rude to the defense!
They should have searched the house!
@@SAMMYBAMBAM24then they should have gotten a warrant. Dead person on the front lawn seems reasonable cause

yup we need "bias counter" what was with the out of the blue "judge requested sidebar" on 1st cop cross examination? There was no reason evident, like prosecution objection and sidebar is not to talk to the witness, therefore the sidebar was to talk (1) to Defense (2) about her objection. If there was a bias counter just for this 1st cross it would be up to 3 and its not over yet.
💯
Excellent defense team!
Aunt Bev is showing exactly why she's referred to as Aunt Bev by the Albert family.
Crooked state. Crooked cops.

She is being framed, stop corruption in the police departments. None of this makes sense, his injuries don't make sense to what the "witnesses" are saying happened to him. Smh... she didn't do it. Judge needs to relax with her visible bias, girl, if you're so personally invested, maybe recuse yourself from the trial... 🤷♀️🤷♀️😑😑
It's an absolute disgrace that she's on the stand. It shows the typical political corruption we see in Massachusetts every day.
@cranekraken24 is there a way to protest this? They need to make an example out of police departments like this. The public will now be thinking twice about calling for help, as to not end up in Karen's shoes now. This is an absolute witch hunt, on an innocent woman.

She is friends with the Albert family. She needs to be recused. There is so much corruption
She’s frustrated I’m sure with the misleading questions being asked by the defense, and their attempt to mislead the jury by asking questions that are in fact-facts not in evidence.
The trickery by the defense is bound to annoy a judge. But any judge would’ve become annoyed by some of these defense tactics.
So far a LOTof theater without a lot of facts-coming from this defense
Yawn 🥱
Juries tend to hold that against the defense when they promise the world but don’t deliver the goods dear.
@@cateellington4081 the prosecution is whats boring. Shes friends with the Albert family, which she shouldnt be a judge on a case like this
So blatantly biased.

Don’t trust that judge. She’s not allowing the defense to persue things. Big mistake lady.
Hold up… did they NOT search the house that morning?
No.
Nope
We watched several minutes of him just driving in the snow but defense couldn’t replay a video of what the defendant is saying?!? WTF??
Jurors will probably request to listen to it again during deliberations
So, there was snow under his body! It started snowing around midnight, and his body is above the snow???
And only a light dusting on top him
So, these cops confirmed on the scene, that this was a fellow PO and have zero interest in delving into the who, what, where, and why of the situation? They don't recall seeing anything, hearing much. I call BS!
So you're helping transport a deceased person onto an ambulance and dont remember seeing any injuries on the person? Why lie about the dumbest things.
It’s called having clothes on
I feel like the judge is sustaining perfectly acceptable questions.
Defense knew they were going to impeach him and gave him a chance to be truthful.
I'm curious to see if the coat and clothing were torn on the arm where the injuries to the arm were...
Where did the evidence of her car going x mph y distance come from? If it was her car computer then that could likely be slick road and spinning tires.
If evidence was from her phone location then couldn't the people who had her phone and doing searches also take her phone for car ride to fabricate the going backwards evidence.

She's also innocent.

And how if he got out of the car from the bar she hits him where is his shoe?? Wasn't that missing??? This is very messy.

The same people who are blind to the mcanns killing Maddie believe these lies, total set up here
The ADA’s use of “sort of” in every sentence positively maddening.

After day two, and listening to the testimonies, there’s reasonable doubt. Take away the personalities of the prosecution, defense and judge, what would a reasonable person think about the testimonies heard so far?
Lies, cover up, lack of investigation, lack of proper care of a crime scene. Hearing and watching these officers testimony is actually very disturbing. The way none of them recall ANYTHING except Karen being loud and upset is very odd.. who wouldn't be in absolute distress in that situation. The fact that the officer states he doesn't feel the house where a shoeless man was found frozen and his girlfriend saying that she dropped him off at this home, did not need to be searched is eye opening...
Why are the cops lying about stuff 🤔
They’re protecting one of their own. Cop beat up another cop at a party & threw him outside in the snow & he died. Trying to pin it in his girlfriend
