I have the same chainsaw as you and I went through the same process that you did and mine wouldn't start either. I eventually found the problem by switching to a hotter spark plug and it cured all my starting problems.

Ohh...Sorry to hear that. The basic : Check if have spark... Scorne ? Compression ? Adjust the carburetor ? Fuel line leak ? And etc. There could be several reasons.... Fresh gasoline ? Starter gas...try ? Look on youtube clip for tips. You find out of it ! Give it an effort. Just do it and you will have succsess.

H screw-Turn it right you slow the gas flow. Turn it left you open the gas so more comes in 👍 same with L screw & T screw

Hey ! Not exactely sure what you mean...but I think this one has throttle wire justr as f.ecs. Partner 350...and of course you need that mounted...to regulate rpm...throttle...or use the saw he he.

@@motordiverse1276 We recently received such a "Talon" AC 310114-35 saw as a gift. I've never owned a single chainsaw before, so now that I started researching it with my son - I thought if I was mistaken - I thought it was the oil tank that I found in this hole near the bottom :)
The problem with this saw of ours is - you can probably guess - both "bar bolts" have lost their threads... I have been watching these videos to understand how we get to them. It takes a lot of unpacking. Now the process stopped because we didn't know how to remove the gear wheel at the end of the motor shaft - the one on the right side of the saw. I know it has reverse threads, but the problem is that the piston moves and we can't get this nut to loosen. I have also removed the starter from the opposite side and tried to stop the nut there by holding the movement of the shaft. We haven't made any progress on this yet. Do you have any ideas for us to try, how we can prevent the shaft from rotating?

@@MR-ub6sq Yes. You buy a piston stopper or you block the piston with rope. This is elementary...sorry to say he he. It is not a high value saw...but if you want to solve the problems and take the challenges...it is kind of cool and interesting and expands the skills and understanding og machines in general. So on and so fort. Also...you can learn how to make threads with hand tools. Ok...there is allot of possibilities in the mechanic problem solving world...today he he. Good luck.

@@motordiverse1276 We are mainly interested in gaining experience with small machines. I think that our son can gain experience now and later he can make a profession for himself with small machines. I think that people have a lot of old machines in their warehouses that they can donate - and so we gain more and more experience and understanding of their nature. Thanks for the tip. We insert the rope through the hole in the spark plug. It's functional.
