  • In the season of abundance of fruits, many housewives also prepare various types of sweets and jams for the winter. In this video I will show a recipe for a jam that stays beautiful with whole fruits and is easy to make.

    Ingredients:
    1.1 kg of apricots (choose firmer and firmer ones)
    600 g of sugar (700 g if you think the fruits are more acidic)
    The cut and sugared fruits are left for 12 hours in the refrigerator and then baked. Bake at 170 degrees for 1 hour. If you want the syrup to be thicker, bake for another 15-20 minutes or until the desired thickness.

    Но не слагате ли към края на печенето на плодовете и мънинко лимонтозу или сок от лимон, както при другите сладки от плодове?
