When Wally returned in Dick’s vision on the Orphanage and the original opening theme started playing, I cried so hard😭 the nostalgia of season 1 was coming back to me

It's cool how Wally manifested as a figment of Conner's imagination in the Phantom Zone. Wally was the first friend Conner made in his life, so it's nice that they added a scene showing how he remembered him.
If it's a chance to bring them both back, I say take it. 👍

We’re robbed of how great Adult Wally West is, but Jason Spisak is great in the role. Wally in comics is the best Flash for a reason, and it’s not just his speed. I appreciate the simplicity of earnestness of Barry Allen (when he’s not written to be like Wally in everything outside of comics), and I appreciate all of the innovation, power, heart, humor, and the family element that Wally brings to the table in comics. I looked forward to that in this show. If we never get a season 5, hell, I appreciate the glimpses we got in 3 and 4.

I'll be clinging to the belief that Wally is coming back until the end of days. How sick would it be tho if they are like... getting their asses handed to them by Darkseid or something and then Wally just emerges from the Speed Force and bails them out like "sup guys, long time"
I freely admit I wept buckets when he 'phased' out of existence and wrote at least half a dozen fix-it fics for him to come back. if he never comes back, that's fine, because I shall still have my canon. (I know, that isn't a good reason, but it's better than nothing!)
I can see it happening, darkseid is using flashs speed to power some weapon of his, something goes wrong, and it blows up. We get a shot of a hand on a piece of debris (kid flash). And then we cut to superheroes dropping like flies to darkseid and we hear a crack and wally comes to rescue them all. With this prolonged exposure inside the speed force he is now the comics version of the flash( faster than Barry Allen)
Wally wests true power isn't speed its his optimism and kindness
Based on what I can tell from the awareness of these Wally's, Wally is in some sort of time travel state it seems and he's trying to make sure a lot of people make it home safely, or maybe his contact with the Dr.Fate helmet had some sort of effect on him, both seem plausible to me if you want a good explanation or curveball.
I know that when Artemis got to meet Wally the last time, it was really an illusion by Miss Martian, but considering the kind of guy Wally is, I feel like all the things the illusion said to Artemis, the real Wally would've said too.
I still believe Wally is in the Speed Force like he always is in his supposed "deaths" i guarantee when Barry's kids are born Wally will reemerge faster than Barry ever could be and taking up the mantle of the Flash.
So something to mention is that in every hallucination or encounter, Wally is always the odd one out.
When Beast Boy is thinking about everyone who died, Wally is the only one not shot. He transitions the scene.
After Artemis’ encounter with Wally, Zatanna reveals she couldn’t get into contact with Wally’s soul, a similar issue that she had Conner while he was in the Phantom Zone.
Finally, when Conner began to “hallucinate” Wally, he’s the only hallucination Conner has who’s appearance is affected by the Phantom Zone. Superman, M’gann and Lex are all identifiable as hallucinations since they retain their normal color palette. And as we saw with Zod and the other Kryptonians who were trapped there, they were real and tangible, thus affected by the Phantom Zone visually.
tl;dr, Wally’s Alive
Perhaps, Wally is just kind of everywhere all at once
In the comics in almost all reboots they have him trapped in the speed force for a while to make him the fastest flash, this would be a great way to bring him back based on how he "died"

They really could have used this in the comics to bring him, I have been waiting for him to return some way somehow since the third season

All of Connor's Hallucination are in normal form like Megan, Superman and Lex.
Wally was different and is same as Connor and it made me think if that means something then completely disregard it since its probably their way of playing with our feelings.
But then General Zod comes out the same as Connor being a Phantom and it Brings me back to the question that what if it actually was a foreshadowing for Wally?
Or just another thing to make you expect something that's never gonna happen?
Or what if it really was Wally? Maybe talking to him through the speed force like how the speed force talked to Barry in the CW series?
I noticed that too. I’m hoping it is him. They’ve baited us for too long with that fake “reunion” scene between Artemis and Wally.
The only difference between Wally and Connor, and all the other phantoms is Wally’s eye color. So I wonder what affect that will have on the story, but I think the director or somebody on the show confirmed after season 2 that there is no speed force in this series
@@tjnicole8171 If there's a flash, there's a speed force. the only thing is.. They are keeping it low key in this show. Its been played up too much in recent years and they probably don't want to use that old stand by plot device.

They did keep it alive. its on ..... Disney plus. probably the only good show on it..... I cant wait for the series to hit blue ray, So I can finally watch it. because I'm not paying for services that defend doing bad things to kids.................

I just discovered Wally West this past week and he’s quickly becoming one of my favorite superheroes ever. Kid has a big heart and is absolutely hilarious

Wiseman said that Speed Force os not an elemento of His universe (he dislikes the idea of SF itself).
Moreover, more time pass inside the show more the return of Wally could be ... Problematic! Think that:Arrive After 5/6 years and Discover that His girlfriend moved on? That His friend getting married? We would have another depressione arc like Beast Boy and no thanks! I like the drama but not at this point!

My theory is that Wally is stuck in the speed force, and that its moving too fast for him to escape. It's like being trapped in the middle of a super highway where the cars never stop and there's never a break. Basically with all the speedsters still out on Earth; Flash, Impulse, Jay, and even Trajectory and maybe even Zoom, the speed force is being pulled in so many directions that even if Wally could move, he doesn't know where to go. My guess would be the only way for Wally to get out is if every speed force user on Earth stopped tapping into it at the same time long enough for Wally to escape (which the villainous speedsters would never agree to), or Wally will have to learn to be faster all on his own so he can outrun the speed force and find an exit.

He’s not completely disregarding the Speed Force‘a existence in Earth-16, as it’s kind of a universal concept existing in all of DC’s earths. Just that the people of Earth-16 (Young Justice) don’t know and have never heard of the Speed Force. He’s open to the idea that it exists in Earth-16, but he’s still making it clear that the Speed Force will not be a plot point/device in the future of Young Justice for now. But, Greg Weisman’s a guy who warms up to concepts. Examples being him initially not caring for Multi-colored Lantern Corps, yet here we are with a red and blue lantern hybrid, or the fact that he didn’t like the concepts of the Metagene when he first read it in the comics, yet here we are in YJ, where metagenes/metahumans practically litter the show. So maybe in the future we might see him play with the idea of the Speed Force. But for now, he doesn’t want anything to do with it because he doesn’t see a reason as to why it’s needed, nor does he understand it.
When I was a kid and watched Young Justice 2 seasons since it had those only... and watched Wally... oh my god, something died inside of me that day.
I always say this but imma say it again, watching Young Justice is like going to therapy.

I always wondered if Wally was potentially sent to Earth 2. I know the speed force doesn't exist in Young Justice (yet), but I can see them finding some weird explanation whether it be the force wall or something else. Reason being with all his teases and us never knowing what happened to him, I feel like it be the easiest explanation of where he is. Also with all the stuff teased with Darkseid, I wonder that if there is an Earth 2, would it resemble the New 52 version of that world.
