in season 3 there is an scene with that when SB is talking with MM and everyone just see them doing hand gestures.
One of the shippiest scenes I can remember isn't in here, it was at the start of one of the episodes when Robin and Aqua Lad were sparring, and notice Miss M and Superboy being coupley. Robin says something like "you know they're a couple now, right?" and Aqua Lad says something like "I think I knew before they did." Then they notice KF and Artemis walk by, and Robin goes "So who's gonna tell them?" and Aqua Lad says "It is not our place to intervene." or something. xD

I never realized this relationship was like that until the whole fake invasion through miss Martian.
When she was presumed did he literally got all worried about her. After that it slowly progressed until the season finale made it clear they had feelings for one another.
That wasn't worry. That was pure unadulterated rage and hatred. He thought that she was dead and he wanted to exterminate them all. At that point for those aliens. He was the oncoming storm, their bringer if darkness.
I think this relationship was teased from 'Denial'. Even in 'Bereft', Wally called Artemis beautiful and she called him her 'ninja boyfriend' upon first impression after losing their memories. They were obviously attracted to each other, just didn't want to admit it.

Ultimate Couple Goals. Best part of Season 1. I really wanted to see more of them following the first season and not 5 years later.

Young Justice: the show that set the second season, which came out typical a year after the first, 5 years later and then set the third season, which came 8 years after the show's cancellation only 2 years after the second.
I hated the long time skip too. But it makes sense given their long term plans for YJ, which is the lights ultimate goal. So either they had to make more seasons or they had to time skip and since the operation budget was low as it was they opted for the time skip to animate to important parts of the story. They did bring it back for a season 3 which is nice, but I am unsure about a season 4.

Superboy and Artemis revealed their secrets before that scene took place, so Kid Flash asked as a joke, "so, who's next?", as in, 'who wants to share their secret next', but when Miss Martian says "I am", because she has a secret to tell, Kid Flash replies with, "I swear, I was kidding!" because he doesn't want everyone in the room to go around telling secrets (especially if he has his own), but also because he maybe doesn't want to know hers (in case it's serious etc.)
