i dont mean to be so offtopic but does any of you know a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot the account password. I would love any help you can offer me
@Kendall Kye thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm trying it out atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Jimi, youre the best guitar player ever. Clapton is the most overrated guitar player ever. He plays with no feeling. He took a beautifully expressive instrument and made it soulless.
@@jeffdubuque5622 so has rod stewart but that doesn't change the fact that they suck. Sunshine of your love and layla are good riffs, oh wait--jack bruce and duane allman wrote those.
@@jeffdubuque5622 what is difficult to understand about it? Just because something is popular doesn't mean it s of high quality. This is a fact-- Claptons most popular songs: crossroads, sunshine of your love, white room, layla, cocaine... he did not compose any of those guitar riffs. Im not sure most people know that. Aside from that, his guitar licks and soloing are univentive and played without feeling. Compare his guitar work to those of his contemporaries: mike bloomfield, duane Allman, jimi hendrix, jimmy page and others who played blues rock and beyond. It becomes clear that clapton is nowhere near their level. He is sanitzied and watered-dow in comparison. Clapton was just fortunate to work with people of great talent and used those successes to further other success. Any reasonable person woud acknowledge the things i have mentioned make sense.
🎸 Fantastic lesson Andrew! I absolutely love Clapton’s Style…have all my life, I’m 61. You are a Great Guitarist and a phenomenal Guitar Teacher Andrew! I’ve been watching you for years… I believe it’s time for a hard to beat Annual Membership here at Creative Guitar! If there is a 2 words I could use to describe your playing and teaching Andrew… they are: FEELING and THOROUGHNESS! Thanks again!
I get that one. I could probably try this one. I like the Clapton style of playing. Stevie Ray Vaughan did a lot of Clapton sounds with his guitar. I like the footgear.
i mean .. clapton my favourite guitarist ..i really expected you to mention the fuilidy and to demonstrate it .. that fluidity he always go up and down the scale in order to make a killing note then he continues the fluidity .. that s his very particular signature in every blues guitar solo he plays or others
Eric does not tune a half step down usally. There is Can´t find my way home from the Crossroad, which is a half step down, but dont imagin any other song. Anyway not necessarily thicker strings, but you can get a lot more tone out of the guitar with 0.11 strings at half step down.
That's not true at all. Clapton may certainly have loved what Hendrix was doing with the Strat but, as an artist and guitarist himself, his considerations were purely practical. He'd played a variety of Gibsons up until the end of the 60s. In the early 70s he bought a bunch of 50s Strats and enjoyed both the tone and the weight of the rebuilt Blackie (and Brownie).

I Love your Guitar
If I tune my guitar semitone lower do I need to use high tension string? Eric clapton has used low tune too

Mr.bean
Clapton changed over to Fender as a tribute to Jimi Hendrix not sure if anyone knew that.

Vance Salmon Hendrix played Les pauls and other guitars as well
@@viggoulander9671 I have seen a picture of him with a Gibson flying V but not a Les Paul.
