Good news to you, an official english version just dropped this morning. And Ayase is pronounced /a/ in Are, /ya/ in yard and /se/ in sense, and Ikura is /e/ + /ku/ in cool + /ra/ in large (close but not exactly), hope this helps.
just to be extra clear, it's the first /se/ in sense
