I feel like as soon as u wake up it’s superrr important to thank the Lord yk? Then I don’t workout but I stretch and then brekie!     Hi Cambria ,
    So my most favorite thing I do every morning when I get up is play my Christian music playlist it just sets my day to be better and helps me praise Him more throughout the day. I just got Baptized yesterday so now more than ever I feel eternally grateful for his grace and how much he can do in our lives. ❤

    My morning routine has changed so much over the years, but the thing the really brings me the most joy is going on a walk first thing in the morning and then coming back and turning on a calming lake/cabin or beach scene on TH-cam, lighting a candle, and doing my daily bible/devotional time. I notice such a difference in my days when I don't do this.

    Hi! For a few weeks now I’ve been loving walking barefoot on the grass with my 7month old followed by hugs and snuggles. It’s the best way to start our mornings ❤

    One of my favorite things that I do daily is making my bed when I wake up and have worship playlist on while I do.. it truly is just simple but it sets mood for the day. I also leave worship on the radio in my room/home for the day, and it give that welcoming feeling through the day 🤍

    I have started the morning sunlight and have noticed a huge difference!! We've had two days of rain now and you mentioning morning sun made me realize I haven't had morning sun in a couple of days and I've felt so blah.
    Caffeine after breakfast has been a huge game changing in managing my anxiety! Bonus - I got a notification this morning that copy of Milk & Honey has shipped!!! I'm so excited!!
    I have prioritized my morning time. My day seems so much more stressful when I wake up and go straight to work. Having the time to wake-up, have my quiet time, a nourishing breakfast not at my desk, and time to breath totally changes my stress level. And a bedtime routine - this has been a game changer for my stress! Supplements, a warm tea or milk, reading - it is all so comforting and I sleep so much better!

    One thing I love that I do everyday is I read my Bible aloud to my son while he nurses before breakfast. ❤
    Also on an unrelated note, could you do a video discussing coconut product alternatives? I’m allergic to coconut so I can’t have coconut water, coconut milk, MCT oil/coconut oil, etc.

    I love having a morning tea and writing in my journal. Writing down my emotions and thoughts in the morning instead of evening helps me so much having a better, more relaxed day.

    I take a 2 hour break every afternoon and do something that I actually feel like doing. For a homesteader and mom…this is a really big deal. But I find it motivates me and helps me get my work done. ❤

    As simple as it sounds, having a mini to-do list with a good morning playlist to listen to during it has been a game changer for me lately. I’m not a morning person, but I AM someone who thrives on organizing/tidying/to-do lists, so starting my day countering the morning dread with productivity and happy tunes gets me out of bed ◡̈

    My current favorite daily habit is my skin care routine and gua sha in the morning. I feel so refreshed after doing it and ready to take on the day!.

    These comments are inspiring me because I am in a huge self care rut! Lately, a daily practice I do is playing worship music while I cook dinner and intentionally clearing my mind while I cook! Even though cooking feels like a chore some days, focusing on being present and mindful has helped me look forward to it!

    Hi Cambria! Thank you so much for doing another giveaway! I started making the mineral tea that you make and have it almost on a daily basis. But the thing that brings me the most joy is my afternoon siesta, usually in the sun if it’s out, or a cozy nest on my chair with a hot drink if it’s not. Giving myself permission to rest every day has been life changing! Bless you!!

    Hi! My favorite daily habit is to get up earlier than usual and read my bible for 15 minutes. I started in January. I didn't realize the importance of it and how it has helped me to prioritize my relationship with the Lord. Also, when it's not too hot, on my lunch break at work...I walk for 30 minutes. It helps me to be in a better mood and sleep good at night...which is tough when dealing with menopause!

    I love running, I find that it really clears my mind and helps me feel confident in my body when I do it consistently. I also love to sip my morning coffee daily and just enjoy the morning, it’s something I look forward to every day

    Of the ones you mentioned, i try to get my steps in every day and also enjoy the sunshine (whi h has been hard in Alaska recently). I also feel like i have much better days when i prioritize reading my bible and prayer.

    Every day rn I have been trying to get 30 minutes of sunlight on as much exposed skin as I possibly can. It has been so relaxing and with all the heat and humidity, I've been sweating a lot with out even trying so detoxing and tanning and getting vitamin D all at the same time!

    I start every morning with a walk no matter how long, 10 min.. 30 mins whatever I can do and it makes a huge difference in my work day. Now I’m going to add jumping and dead hangs! Thanks for sharing I look forward to all of your videos

    My favorite daily habit is checking off and writing in my daily planner. It’s so fulfilling to check off everything I did that day including work/activities. And if I forget to do this I know I will forget to do something lol. Also, electrolytes! I’m a hot yoga teacher, so if I don’t have my electrolytes everyday my body will start breaking down 😅.

    Such a fun video! Some healthy habits that I implement is prioritize protein, go on a walk at some point to pray the rosary or talk to a friend, and I make sure I include activities that I enjoy like mountain biking and hiking!

    Love the magnesium suggestions! Sort of a related story, in the hospital when patients serum (blood) electrolytes are tested and out of wack, magnesium always has to be corrected before potassium, calcium etc or the other electrolytes won’t correct properly. 😮

    I wish I had palm trees to look at in the morning. It's so hard to get morning light in winter and the season is approaching BUT let us enjoy fall first because it's beautiful. My daily habits switched up recently due to my kids returning to school but I still do my morning walk with the dog, it's always my favourite habit. For the last few months I've also made my bed every morning and that's been making me feel so accomplished haha!

    This video was amazing. You are amazing. Something that I try to do everyday to bring joy and I think is super healthy is to dance. I love turning on music while I’m cooking and dance/sing around the kitchen. My kids look at me like I’m nuts sometimes but I love it!

    Thanks for your video. I recently stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine. The first thing I do after waking up is meditate, do some reading, then get sunlight. I also take electrolytes consistently. I learn one new thing daily. I work on learning a new language and play a chess game in the afternoon. I also plan a new bigger skill to learn as well as a social one (which for this week is a salsa dance lesson). For dinner I cook a new recipe (last night I made Polyanka that was freaking amazing). I turn off all screens an hour before bed and read under low light.

    My fav part of my morning routine is doing my makeup and picking out an outfit for myself it helps me feel out together and more confident!!! I dread it some days but if I wasn’t to do it I wouldn’t feel as good! Thanks for this video

I do this every morning and have found laundry doesn’t pile up even with a messy toddler. When I see the empty space at the bottom of the closet, my heart soars haha ❤️ 🧺

    I couldn't choose one, so here are my fav daily habits: waking up between 5:30-5:45 AM; reading the Bible with my husband first thing (while I'm sipping a London Fog!); walking or running EVERY morning as the sun rises; charging my phone outside my bedroom (and the first time I look at it is to put on spontaneous praise music from TH-cam Music--it's the best); and cross-functional training at F45 5-6x/wk. I want to add in more minerals and am continuously inspired by you!!

    Hiii! I just started writing a bible verse on a sticky note and sticking it on my mirror, so every time I look in the mirror I repeat and memorize God’s word. It’s my new fav habit! Seriously love your content, Cambria. I can feel your love and care through the screen 🫂💓

    I work as an Operating room nurse. A habit I have started is waking up about 3 hours before work. To relax do some chores and watch TH-cam, drink my coffee. Just incorporating a slow morning before a busy 12-hour shift is life-changing. 💛

    I found so much value from this video! For nearly two years I have been suffering with jaw pain related to TMJ and am not finding good ways to deal with it but recently I started some facial massages that are helping when I do them daily in combination with managing my stress so your tips hit home. I also recently learned that magnesium supplements could help too. I am sold on giving it a try after listening to your explanation of how it works in the body. ❤😊

    HELLO CAMBRIA!! Thanks so much for all your advice it's always so wonderful. I use magnesium every 3 nights when I start feeling a little edgy, I use lemon balm tincture every day to help manage stress, I gua Sha on the sides of my neck to help me relax it seems to reset my vagus nerve I adore it, I have started to meditate In nature and have reached a point of relaxation that I thought I never would.     Do you have any thoughts on losing weight and/or healthy digestion after gallbladder removal? I am afraid to try any of these remedies without my gallbladder now 😢I also need to lose weight! And I would love to be able to sleep soundly all night. ❤ I also have so much stress being my dads caregiver and watching him decline with the evil disease dementia, heartbreaking to watch.

    I have a few daily habits but one I try to do every day is take time to spend one on one with God. Whether that means saying a prayer asking him to bless my day and guide me in his footsteps, or to sit down and read my daily devotional and bible. 💓

    I love ur videos so much 🙏🏼 For stress I focus on breath work and grounding either stepping barefoot outside, self soothing like giving my self a hug or a gentle massage on my neck chest ect. And aroma therapy lavender pm citrus am. Hope this helps someone out there. Hugs 🤗

    I bought an under the bed treadmill about 6 months ago and I absolutly love it. Every morning I wake up, open my window to let the sun in, and walk for about 30-40 mins before even leaving my room. It helps wake me up more than any other morning routine I've tried. I love that I can still get a morning walk in in my PJ's 😂. And although I'm moving a little slower since I just woke up, it's nice to start my day with 3,000-4,000 steps already under my belt.

    My healthy habit that I do is as soon as I roll out of bed, I will immediately get on the floor and stretch. I do yoga first thing to get rid of any stiffness, get the blood flowing and just be ready for the day!

    Ooh love these tips!! My favorite daily habit is going on a little walk in the morning and getting some sunlight. It helps clear my mind and sets me up for a good and productive day. Also I have recently started washing dishes right after eating. I have found that building this discipline into an automatic habit has led to other benefits, I’m more inclined to keep everything else tidy too
