BCP #59 | How to Find the Bible’s Unwritten Principles - A Messianic Jew Explains
ฝัง
- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 25 ก.ย. 2024
- The Bible often plainly communicates how God expects us to think and act. But what if the Scriptures don’t speak directly to a specific thing we’re dealing with, or if they appear to be silent about a particular topic altogether? In this episode, Kevin demonstrates how to discern and apply biblical patterns and unwritten principles that God has implicitly encoded into the living word of Scripture.

The Biblically Correct Podcast is a ministry of Perfect Word Ministries. Our goal is to equip both Jewish and Gentile believers in Yeshua through sound, Scriptural exhortation to uphold God’s word as their solely authoritative standard for life in Messiah. Our vision is to provide teachings from a Messianic Jewish perspective that promote Yeshua-centric, scriptural principles and values, and confront unbiblical beliefs that are hostile to the Scriptures. We value the Scriptures-from the Torah to the New Covenant Writings-above all religions and traditions of man, not to disesteem those traditions, but to elevate the perfect word of God.
“Every Scripture is God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for refuting, for setting aright, and for instruction that is in righteousness, so that the man of God may be fully equipped-having been completed for every good act.” -2 Timothy 3:16, MJLT www.mjlt.org

Shabbat shalom, Kevin. I pray you and your family are well, dear brother. Thank you for this excellent and edifying BCP on a topic which is very rarely covered. A very refreshing insight. I find being filled with the Ruach HaKodesh and asking the Most High to refill me daily He gives us knowledge and understanding of the Word if we would just humbly ask. I also believe having a teachable heart is priceless. I continue to thank Yah for your passion and obedience, Kevin. Stay safe and well, brother. Sabbath blessings to you and all the family. David (UK)
Bless you, David. (Late) shabbat shalom!

Thanks for this guidance - Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheinu Melech HaOlam
how about passage about rescuing one's animal....
a very importatnt video - have book marked for future reference.
I’ve been wondering, because of a bad hip and lower back, and having been prescribed physical therapy exercises, if I was violating the Shabbat by going through the exercises, stretches, etc. I also do a T’ai Chi form to help maintain the opening and closing of the hips and work on maintaining balance while stepping. Now, I believe I can do these exercises on Shabbat because of the good it does for me.
evcellent!
Thank you for your teachings. Since you spoke on the subject, would you adding a comment or even a video on
Numbers 5:11-31? It is an interesting passage all on it's own.
This was great, thank you. Quick query - you quoted G-d's words to Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1. Was this a specific word just for him or can we take this as true for everyone?
Thank you. I think the part about Jeremiah being set apart might be more applicable to him personally, rather than universally. But it seems a reasonable *principle* to me that God knows and forms us all from even before we were born.
מעולה אחי! יברכך יהוה וישמרך.
