The news lady is asking to many questions! Like he said he cannot reveal everything they know, it's an ongoing case. The killer or killers might be watching this as well. Another reason he has to be careful what he says is because when they catch the people who did this horrible crime you do not want them to be set free or get a lesser sentence because what is says here. Ashleigh, I don't think there was anything weird your line of questioning. "Where in the car"- did she drive it into the water herself, "Do they know they are suspected" -are they on the run. The 2nd is a good question because they are dangerous. It being a small town means nothing. Not only do they deal with people from outside of town but the smaller the town, the more people end up involved.
