I truly commend her for being so brave and open to the media about this horrific part of her life.

I remember reading her book. It literally stunned me. You truly get an idea what it’s like to live with a serial killer, yet had no idea. Personally, I’m not sure if I could of worked through that devastation. I’m so proud of her. I hope she gets well.

This is what I don't get. They keep saying he hasn't seen his daughter in 18 years but that was because she didn't want to see him. Now after 18 years she does but only to help the police. Not because she wants to actually see him. So why is everyone so surprised that he would lie to her and not be cooperative?

I'm a former 911 dispatcher from Osage County sheriff office, and it was crazy because in training they talked about Cynthia Kinney's murder in Pawhuska and three years later maybe we'll get justice for her family. This whole week has been insane. I'm also from Wichita/Derby KS and in the 70s my mom and aunt were almost his next victims. My mom & aunt lived right across the street from Nancy Fox, and they came home to their phones cut, lights out and back door wide open. This whole case hits home. I truly hope these families get their closure and questions answered.

No idea-many killers can be totally different people at home & be a great parent. Often their co-workers, friends etc all say how nice the person was. Look at the necrophiliac over here in the UK called David Fuller who was eventually linked to homicides via DNA over 30 years after he had murdered two women in 1987, when they searched his house they found hidden drives that turned out to be full of him molesting corpses at the hospital he worked at as an electrician.
Everybody said he was a really nice & funny guy & he used that to have full access to it when it was unattended-he wanted to work late shifts which most didn't want to do & the hospital was lesser staffed-mortuary mostly unattended. The photos of Kerri with her father all through her life are just.... I don't even have words. She had a 'normal' life with him, as her father right into adulthood and THEN finds out he is a serial killer. That must be so so so messed up to wrap your head around.
What's really messed up are all the fathers out there who beat their daughters physically. My father abused me and assaulted me when i was 13 years old...leaving me with partial hearing loss. He also kicked me in my buttocks so hard that i couldn't sit down for two weeks. We can talk about messed up things if you want. Let's talk about abusive fathers...the ones who beat and terrorize their children for fun.

I can't imagine what it took to go into the prison and see her father, a man she once looked up to whom she had to find out was a serial killer. Exactly! I was disappointed that 4 days ago she announced her opinion that she didn't think her dad was involved in Cyndi's disappearance because it didn't fit his MO. Now she's saying that she does think he was involved.

Cyndi Kinney's family have gone through living hell, especially her mom and dad. That need some type of closure and peace. They deserve to have their daughter's remains found so she can be brought back home to rest in peace.
Cyndi was an absolute sweetheart and joy to her entire family. Nobody knows the lengths that her entire family went to, to try and find her.
We aren't hearing much about the abduction and killing of the girl in Hays Kansas who disappeared from a bar she worked at. Hers remains were found close by a river bank I believe. There was mention of the killer wearing a mask that was purchased at a store in Hays. I think this occured in 1983.
I think Dennis Radar did change up his methods. God only knows how many victims there really are. No way this monster had a cool down time. He just chose to kill in different areas other than Wichita. I hope the red blanket has viable DNA that can be obtained and used. It sounds like law enforcement got lots more valuable evidence to process during this last dig at Readers old property. The broken jar might have held drivers licenses and jewelry pieces.

She's not a victim....never was. The real victims are all deceased, thanks to her father. But she is no victim. I'm a victim of my father's abuse when I was a child. He beat me so hard one time that i still have partial hearing loss in my right ear. Let's talk about the real victims here. one of those victims was an 11 year old girl that BTK hung in the basement of her home...after she witnessed her family being murdered. Lets talk about the real victims.

The little girl who loved her father unconditionally as it should be, had no idea who her dad was in reality. After finding out the truth that dad was BTK, she could have let it destroy her. But she didn't, and that took courage, determination and a special inner strength. She has worked hard to compartmentalize her dad from BTK. She will always love her dad, but not BTK.
SHE IS A TRUE ROLE MODEL, TO BE ADMIRED AND RESPECTED. Nothing her father did in any way should reflect against her, and anyone that thinks that way is truly s lesser person. From a widow of a deputy, mother of a deputy, many friends in Law Enforcement and a retired Ranger Police, you have my upmost respect and admiration. Your path of life has not been easy since his arrest, but you have turned something horrible in your life to something that you can handle, control and help others that may find themselves in tbe same situation. I'm glad to hear that he's under good care of the prison system. I hope they are seeing to every need he has. I wouldn't want him to suffer any more than necessary. No, we wouldn't want him to be bound, tortured and then killed like he did his victims. Not at all.
My heart goes out to the little girl who’s own heart will ache for the rest of her life because the man she thought was her father, was likely just a fabricated persona. The agony she must endure because of it just hurts to think about. I wish so badly we lived in a world where this entire situation simply never existed. Kerri, I am so sorry. if you ever read this, which I seriously doubt, but just incase if you find yourself perusing the TH-cam comments by chance, I hope you know how often you are thought of by people you have never met. BTK considered people to be nothing more than objects but Dennis is your dad, deeply woven into every fiber of his being and nothing can change that, not even his demons, and he obviously tries to protect you from his demons.

To hear you have turned this horror into a passion for helping others is nothing short of heroic🤩 just please don't forget to take care of you and don't allow the responsibility of your father's crimes fall on your shoulders and break you, its not yours.

He's got it made where he's at.
Solitary with no communication to anyone and no visitation or letters till the day he drops. Just dead silence and him.
From the way she describes him, it almost sounds as though BTK has developed dementia or is feigning it. It must have been a shock for Kerri to see the physical difference in her father - shorter in stature, in a wheelchair, no longer cognitively sharp... and then for him to drop his mask like that. My heart goes out to Kerri. The mix of emotions must be very traumatic for her.
Dang. She is a strong woman...trying to right her father's wrongs in any way she can. He is a monster to the core. I wish her the best and if she has any sons or grandsons I hope she keeps an eye on them.
I believe there is something organically wrong with ppl like her father (genetic) so it is important to be vigiliant. This is not meant to blame or shame her or them. It is only meant to open the doors of scientific analysis so everyone can gain answers and a sense of peace.
Kansas City area homicide detectives need to reevaluate some of the unsolved cases here too.

I feel sorry for her. She shouldn't be visiting her serial killer dad in prison, she should be taking her children around to grandad and grandma's house to play ball and a BBQ. How upside down is her life. Poor lass.
