When I saw that item that looked like her prison jumper I’m guessing with “Vanessa” on it, I was confused so I didn’t even get to see at first what those books were. Now it all makes sense. She is doing EXACTLY what Ghost wanted to do after getting out, but she was dumb and forced him to stay in the game and started acting crazy until what we see now. I actually stopped watching Power because of that, so now that I like this show and it’s now a “universe” like everything else, I have to go back and watch, especially for this Blanca DEA agent that seems to be hated by most.

I believe Davis’ law firm will be the front for the new drug operation and court takedown. Annalise had stopped teaching on campus by season 3 or 4. The kids spent more time at the office and helping her coverup all the dirt. They rarely mentioned school or class after that, and their graduation was random and was not a big scene. Since their is now a Power Universe, it makes sense for the setting to change. I have a hard time dealing with shows that expand too far outside the original setting and cast group. I understand change is life so the show has to expand and show different things, I just think it’s not done gradually enough. I stuck with Empire to the very end when most didn’t, but I didn’t like how Empire split up, then fell out of the Lyon’s ownership and everybody scattered doing their own thing. I think whatever happens will still be exciting so I can’t wait!
This Season should have been called the Stansfield Murders! Dang! Monet is cold. She does not show any emotions at all. How is Everett returning, Why! The Tejadas think they run Tariq but Tariq running the Show. He is the Mastermind to make it all work and he thought of Everything right down to having Brayden name on the Business for Course Correct. Even Cane was prepared to kill Tariq. Tariq can't trust no one not even Effie. Zeke storyline was heartbreaking,he didn't have a chance. Tariq stood up to Davis, got Yaz back with Tasha was the best happy ending.

Rodriguez and told her his cover was compromised when he never got a response from his men about lorenzo being dead (he knew they was about to kill him) -He walked to the next room and told Monet to tell Tariq to meet him at the Penthouse (get him on camera at the desk if they killed him) -Saxe getting played by the prosecutor no news story about Lauren or nothing just her word she died in a car accident -he contacted the lawyer to tell Tariq… Tell Davis but still no proof he just going off what she told him. -She’s going to know not to trust him with information. -Tariq asked saxe about “Dante” he spilled everything about lobos and how he the reason they started an investigation on ghost -Saxe is helping the prosecutor get Tariq since he never was able to get ghost…. He will tell Det. Rodriguez about the conversation and it will be motive to kill Dante AND place him at the scene. **so much went on this episode but Mecca carried the finale and set the stage for season 3** TARIQ ASS GOING BACK ON TRIAL🥴🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

I agree with everything you said. I thought Zeke, as tall as he is in that tiny car stricken with anger and grief was going to get into a bad wreck killing him. I guess that would have been to cliche. As for the snitching, I thought he needed to make sure Monet didn’t do it. If she did it, he was going to eventually kill her. He’s her son. They all are intelligent and talented in different ways. The star players on the team essentially call the shots and are always several steps ahead of his team and opponents. The other players run the screens but they do not move unless the star player moves. If the play goes wrong, the star player has to redirect the screen to complete the score. That takes instant calculation and lightning fast critical thinking. He now has Monet’s playbook and is dropping out of school and leaving basketball for now, so he has nothing but time to study it and win by killing Monet.

At first I thought Monet killed Mecca so soon bc she didn't want Tariq getting the money and getting out BUT if you remember the convo Mecca and Cane had where Cane said why not just dead Tariq and rob his stash spots . Mecca said Tariq has definitely overstayed his welcome. Monet HEARD that convo as she walked in right after. So Monet KNEW Mecca was gonna kill Tariq, which is why she said after killing him that she is still willing to let Tariq go. So Monet didn't lie to Riq
Drew still got a loose in with Everest. And the fact that he went to go see what was wrong with him when the plan was in motion, again almost got him shot.

It’s gonna be interesting to see what they do with Tariq storyline and how they keep him at Stansfield beside the money from his father. I could see Davis take him under his wing and teach him criminal defense would be ill. I feel like that why Davis hinted that in the office I mean shit the nigga has been in court for two whole seasons now he learned somethin
Based on the season finale, it looked like Tariq will be in court for a 3rd season.
Right, Blanca, Saxe, and Jenny are going to go after Tariq and Davis especially Tariq for Mecca
I believe Davis’ law firm will be the front for the new drug operation and court takedown. Annalise had stopped teaching on campus by season 3 or 4. The kids spent more time at the office and helping her coverup all the dirt. They rarely mentioned school or class after that, and their graduation was random and was not a big scene. Since their is now a Power Universe, it makes sense for the setting to change. I have a hard time dealing with shows that expand too far outside the original setting and cast group. I understand change is life so the show has to expand and show different things, I just think it’s not done gradually enough. I stuck with Empire to the very end when most didn’t, but I didn’t like how Empire split up, then fell out of the Lyon’s ownership and everybody scattered doing their own thing. I think whatever happens will still be exciting so I can’t wait!
Effie might switch schools since she was complaining about the long trip back.
This Season should have been called the Stansfield Murders! Dang! Monet is cold. She does not show any emotions at all. How is Everett returning, Why! The Tejadas think they run Tariq but Tariq running the Show. He is the Mastermind to make it all work and he thought of Everything right down to having Brayden name on the Business for Course Correct. Even Cane was prepared to kill Tariq.
Tariq can't trust no one not even Effie. Zeke storyline was heartbreaking,he didn't have a chance. Tariq stood up to Davis, got Yaz back with Tasha was the best happy ending.

**Okay I rewatched the episode on my day off**
-Mecca told zeke to come on the plane it will be a seat open when he gave him the car at the garage
-Nobody knew zeke was coming to the plane that night but Mecca
Mecca called Det. Rodriguez and told her his cover was compromised when he never got a response from his men about lorenzo being dead (he knew they was about to kill him)
-He walked to the next room and told Monet to tell Tariq to meet him at the Penthouse (get him on camera at the desk if they killed him)
-Saxe getting played by the prosecutor no news story about Lauren or nothing just her word she died in a car accident
-he contacted the lawyer to tell Tariq… Tell Davis but still no proof he just going off what she told him.
-She’s going to know not to trust him with information.
-Tariq asked saxe about “Dante” he spilled everything about lobos and how he the reason they started an investigation on ghost
-Saxe is helping the prosecutor get Tariq since he never was able to get ghost…. He will tell Det. Rodriguez about the conversation and it will be motive to kill Dante AND place him at the scene.

I agree with everything you said. I thought Zeke, as tall as he is in that tiny car stricken with anger and grief was going to get into a bad wreck killing him. I guess that would have been to cliche. As for the snitching, I thought he needed to make sure Monet didn’t do it. If she did it, he was going to eventually kill her. He’s her son. They all are intelligent and talented in different ways. The star players on the team essentially call the shots and are always several steps ahead of his team and opponents. The other players run the screens but they do not move unless the star player moves. If the play goes wrong, the star player has to redirect the screen to complete the score. That takes instant calculation and lightning fast critical thinking. He now has Monet’s playbook and is dropping out of school and leaving basketball for now, so he has nothing but time to study it and win by killing Monet.
Ashley always love your channel and your funny commentaries. However, I watched the finale 3 times and I NEVER heard them say Lauren was ran down by a car. You presumed Effie ran her down. They said Lauren was running/getting away because she was scared and leaving town. They didn’t mean physically running on her feet and getting ran down by a car. There’s a difference. She was found dead in a car with a bag of money. Did we think Effie place her in the car unconscious and probably caused the accident? Probably. Tariq asked Saxe if he thought it was a real accident. Saxe NEVER said to Tariq she was ran down by a car. Saw several other bloggers today/tonight and they all said she was found dead in a car accident. Will listen to Courtney A. Kemp the writer do a Live this week to hear her take. 🤷🏽♀️

Tariq made a mistake asking Saxe about Dante. Dante ended up dead hours later and then they have that picture of Tariq in the lobby. Saxe is automatically gonna assume Tariq did it🤦🏾♀️
