You should've asked for another nurse and reported that incident to your insurance provider. Never be afraid to ask for their NPI or credentials. Unfortunately, it may take years for it to be adopted by the masses. They want them to focus on promoting activities that bring the person joy. It was put this way, if you prescribed a medicine, and it only had a 5% success rate, would you keep prescribing it? No. Well, people are constantly told to lose weight when 90%+ fail at weight-loss, but yet we continue to promote that messaging? It's a billion dollar industry! When I lived in a smaller body, people made assumptions that I was the healthy one. Even though I lived on a diet of chips and processed meats. They assumed that my sister, who was much healthier and more active than me, was unhealthy all because she lived in a larger body. SMH

Just by watching what I eat (natural food and whole grains verses white rice white bread white sugar and exercise twice a day (1) hour total WILL cause the weight to drop quickly!
