Tan-Delta Test of Current Transformer (CT)/ Bushing in Hindi

Please note that the Supply Board which powers the kit should have an Earth. Also the Earthing of the supply Board & Test Kit Ground should be connected at the same point to the Transformer earthing.
Otherwise the kit will shown an Open Ground Indication.

Use PCM 600 to communicate with the relay. In OverVoltage setting Right click in parameter setting and then we can view and edit the settings

Please find the procedure to test the Transformer HV Bushing, as below:
1. Disconnect the Transformer HV Bushing Jumpers.
2. Disconnect the HV & LV Neutran Earth Strip.
3. Remove the Tan-Delta Cap of the Bushing, you are going to take the Tandelta Test. Please note, if you are taking R phase Tandelta, only remove Tandelta cap of R phase Bushing. And Y & B Phase bushing Tandelta cap shopuld be on.
4. Connect the HV Lead of the Test Kit to the Conductopr of the HV Bushing and the LV Lead of the Test kit to the Tan-Delta Point.
5. Run the Test in the UST Mode for 5 KV & 10 KV.
6. Tan Delta should be less than 0.007 or 0.7 % and the Capicatance should be around the Capacitance measured at the time of commissioning.
