it says change CT if dan delta is 0.01 the CT should be changed but here the result is 0.781-.0.526= .0.255 ..way more the permissible ..test failed the CT right?
Please find the procedure to test the Transformer HV Bushing, as below: 1. Disconnect the Transformer HV Bushing Jumpers. 2. Disconnect the HV & LV Neutran Earth Strip. 3. Remove the Tan-Delta Cap of the Bushing, you are going to take the Tandelta Test. Please note, if you are taking R phase Tandelta, only remove Tandelta cap of R phase Bushing. And Y & B Phase bushing Tandelta cap shopuld be on. 4. Connect the HV Lead of the Test Kit to the Conductopr of the HV Bushing and the LV Lead of the Test kit to the Tan-Delta Point. 5. Run the Test in the UST Mode for 5 KV & 10 KV. 6. Tan Delta should be less than 0.007 or 0.7 % and the Capicatance should be around the Capacitance measured at the time of commissioning. Conductor pe jo Paper Insulation hota hai, uske har ek layer se ek tar nikalti hai. Un sab taronko ek kar ke tan Delta Point banta hai. Video ke 10:50 pe wahi explain kiya hai.

Well explained video sir. If there is no tan delta point how to connect LV with kit pls answer
If there is no tan delta point, connect LV terminal of kit to earth and measure in Gst mode
Sir ABB Relay REL & REC 670 Over Voltage Setting Kaise Chek krte hai
Use PCM 600 to communicate with the relay. In OverVoltage setting Right click in parameter setting and then we can view and edit the settings
