Please explain concept200-400/1 using s1 s3 and 400-800/1 using s1 s2

If the CT is 800-400/1 the S1 and S3 will give a ratio of 800/1 and S1 and S2 will give a ratio of 400/1.
If the CT is 400-200/1, S1 and S3 will give a ratio of 400/1 and S1 and S2 will give a ratio of 200/1
