  • Go big for the big game with this big filet of salmon weighing around 4 pounds! It’s skinless sashimi grade salmon with no antibiotics at such a great value, so it’s perfect for cutting into cubes and air frying to make salmon bites. I love using the Scan and Go Checkout to pick up the salmon and a few spices and be on my way out! #SamsPartner

Btw sashimi grade doesn’t mean it’s higher quality salmon, it just means that the salmon has been frozen for an appropriate amount of time in order to be considered safe to eat raw. Freezing salmon insures that all parasites and harmful bacteria die, so it is safe to consume raw.

Seems a shame to cook sashimi grade salmon, kind of like cooking caviar. Be sure it is not farmed, lots of antibiotics, worms and viruses in those things, plus they're GMO, grow twice the size in half the time and eat the natural salmon.
