I work from home too as a customer service rep and even though I’m grateful to be able to work from home is still really stressful especially when you have kids as well.

This is THE ONLY video I have found that does not bash the call centre industry or the customer service work from home job. I start in 2 weeks and I was not feeling great about it but this video gives me hope. Do you get any bad customers or rude customers?
In the same boat. Not good with quotas.
All customer service jobs you get rude customers.. just have to not take it personal
I start my new job soon too. I’m just trying to stay positive because I know everyone can’t be rude 😅 I’m ready though 💪🏽
@brittanythomas9025 hey, I've been working for about 2 months now and honestly it's nothing like how other people have described it. Maybe just got lucky to work with a good company for a good client/project but it's actually all good. Busy but not insane or loads of rude people.

Is a customer service rep the same as a call Center agent?
I’m looking into this as a recent grad not finding any jobs in my chosen field (like so many others). Thinking of this in between my current job search because it looks manageable and being remote is a bonus for saving money on gas 😅. Did the company provide the headset for you? If you don’t mind me asking, what field is the company in? I’ve seen some insurance remote jobs but all said the pay is commission and I’m not looking for that. Thanks for this video and showing how an average day looks like.
