in season 3 it was Caitlin who had ice powers so she had all her intelligence too and won every fight but Caitlin didn't want to be evil so in s4 she asked amunet to separate her and frost so only Caitlin lives and it worked and they became different people. that's why frost in s3 won every fight cause she had Caitlin's smartness too but season 4 onwards all she had were powers and had no training or anything on how to use them. she still was extremely powerful just didnt know how to properly use the powers. also she turned good so she had to hold back her powers so she dosent kill someone. in s3 she was pure evil and had all intentions of killing so didnt hold back

And Caitlin aka Killer Frost (now Frost) isn't a metahuman but got cryogenic therapy when her father Thomas (named Icicle by Cisco) did experimental treatments for Caitlin and himself because of some disease they had. Like when Frost fought Cicada. His Dagger didn't take her powers away in close proximity. She got immunity because of not being a metahuman because of her enhanced cryogenic abilities.

Also when Caitlin had her DNA tested, there was still a cryogenic anomaly in her DNA which Frost is still a part of her. Team Flash thought that melting points powers were used to take Frost away. But Devoe used Brainstorm's and put a mental block but that is when Caitlin broke through it when she confronted her father and her first words before becoming Frost was "No" and ended up releasing a ice blast
Such a waste of character. Really wished they just kept her as anti hero. And the same person. Now its just two Caitlins, one is just more childish and other is more serious. Flash does not have any multidimensional characters, whose action make you question. Arrow had Oliver, Supergirl has Lena and sometimes Alex, Legends of Tomorrow at the beginning at least 3 of them. Plus, Caitlin honestly did not have any development at all for the whole show. Which is a shame. Besides Flash, Killer Frost was probably the most promising character to discover. I started to watch the show when it only came out, i remember how hyped we all were, when we saw an image of Killer Frost in the Speed Force.

I have never watched Flash show, am a fan of him in the games but I need to kno is that woman in all the season, even the first season if so I will actually consider watching for her? She is so badass and I love me some badass women characters 😍
She first properly appears in season 2 but only for a couple of episodes. She did make a brief appearance in season one but for like one second. She then makes regular appearances as an actual character from season 3 and on and has had episodes dedicated to her. So you should definitely consider watching. (She is an extension of a character that is there from season 1 and on tho so yeah 💅)

This is the most outstanding, perfect and powerful version of Killer Frost. Even though she is a villain in S3, that's my favourite Killer Frost❄️😍
