People will always complain about superhero/super villain portrayals, I remember before the Dark Knight came out everyone complained about Heath ledger’s being The Joker. People are so ridiculous it’s literally fiction
only thing i don’t like is that they underpowered her extremely, starfire is easily as strong as wonder woman and superman and she’s very skill in fighting and her offensive star bolts and blasts guve her an upper hand as well they also never even mentioned her super nova ability and the way she struggles with fighting humans sometimes like-
I kinda agree with the nerf, the producers did not honored the character properly. But you're pushing it to much saying she's as strong as ww or superman bc she's nowhere nearly that strong. She's some levels below them. At maximum she could rival to Cyborg, Mera, maybe Donna Troy at the best.
Dark skin black/brown starfire just hits different i also like her original orange colour skin but she was never meant to be white so many racists mad that starfire is played by a beautiful,black/brown woman who nailed her role well done Anna diop🥰😍🤎🤎.
it doesn't make sense that her clothes don't burn, after all they are clothes from here on earth, with the exception of the purple dress that maybe is from her planet, the rest probably isn't
Her clothes would only burn if her fire hits them, there are some scenes when they should burn but overall they should be fine, despite her glowing skin
if you actually read the comics you’d know starfire is black and i do agree i wish her powers were more like the comics in the show she has more fire based instead of her starbolts and laser eyes

@@Ohitslenci yeah but at a certain point you have to kind of continue trending what the people already know is majorly iconic with her to a degree to keep the ball rolling. Like her outfit being purple, vibrant red hair, green eyes, levitation, and green fire are the first things people will often recall when it comes to her physical appearance and abilities (even though they absolutely can expand or add her other abilities). It’s like you don’t take Superman and out him in a blue and white outfit and then make his laser eyes hot pink, it’s a bit inauthentic to Superman especially when if there was no buildup to these changes. But that being said I’m thinking maybe she will develop green fire?? It is a lead up to her iconic person today and not a “same star fire that we know from the start”
I know that starfire is black here because she is a tamaran an alien, aliens dont have color when in earth and i think when she is in tamaran her skin turns to orange because of the sun and there power and tamaran blood
I really liked the character in seasons 2-4 but in one I really thought the wardrobe she was given was ridiculous. I kinda get what they were going for, but it didn't work.
Nah she's an alien. There was a whole thing in the show with her ship getting destroyed along with someone coming to earth to take her back to her home planet. Also it's quoted many many times with her sister blackfire, mostly with some stuff about the cultural differences between their home and earth
There is one power they forget is in the comics and in the cart Is that once she When she Kish a guy she can speak their language That's how I was going to speak American
To explain the lore as I understand it’s been adapted in the show; Starfire is the oldest sister in the royal family of Tamaran, and the next in line for the throne. What sets the Royal family apart from regular citizens is their ability to create fire. The ability to create fire is also a requirement to become a Monarch. We see Starfire getting tested for this ability after her birth. She *does not* have it. Her parents decide to name her heir to the throne regardless. However, they have a second child - Blackfire - who does have the ability; but as their parents, the King and Queen, realise that they cannot back down on their stance without admitting they lied - they ask a witch to give Blackfire’s ability to Starfire. What they didn’t realise is that though Starfire may not have *fire* powers, she does have a unique ability connected to electricity. When using fire to heal Blackfire, all the power is reclaimed by Blackfire, allowing Starfire’s electrical abilities to shine through.
Well actually the blue powers is ultra violet radiation energy which is making a starbolts its not a electric and her powers just got through in the comics her powers is blue and then when it grows and absorbs more energy it becomes green

@@RARA-ek3yp also in comics
No all versions of Starfire work like that powered by the sun
She doesn't have many versions though
The actress is really good.
I love this version of Starfire
She’s the only reason I watch that series
This Video was really good, but you missed the Fight with Shimmer and you could have Wright the weakness Night 👍
I adored her, when she made appearance on Donna Summer she stole the show ❤ absolutely fabulous epic and her sountract was da bomb!
I don't enjoy DC shows or movies, didn't enjoy the first season that much and haven't seen the second and third season if there's a third lol i just know that Starfire could be my first favorite character from DC, i loved everything about her, her fits overall 10/10
One thing I hate they never show her super strength at all in the new seasons or even try like they show super boy’s strength it’s ridiculous.
I'm in love with Starfire, my only problem is, how hard was it to change the blue for green?
Making the blue green would be a little strange, hopefully they go pink
I mean, when she first debuted, her powers weren’t green I’m not sure, but I think they were like actual fire. I’m not sure though, so don’t try to get on my ass please😅
People will always complain about superhero/super villain portrayals, I remember before the Dark Knight came out everyone complained about Heath ledger’s being The Joker. People are so ridiculous it’s literally fiction
The stylist did her dirty though
They made her look into an old school Blaxploitation look.
Not even she looks great
And then can you pls do Polaris from the gifted
it is incredible and cool to and do more please and thank you 👍♥️😊😁
When they named her Starfire, they were not kidding.🌟🔥
I thought Raven would be the most powerful because she was the daughter of a demon and would have supernatural powers.
Shouldn't extreme cold be added to her weakness, seeing how Batman froze her with Freeze's gun
extreme cold is everyone weakness as well, not just her.. and this channel usually only put each hero specific weakness.
That was a illusion created by trigon, considering she excretes heat/fire cold would really be her weakness water would be
in the books she was immune to cold weather her alien physiology and pressure points were explained in early issues of tales of teen titans
only thing i don’t like is that they underpowered her extremely, starfire is easily as strong as wonder woman and superman and she’s very skill in fighting and her offensive star bolts and blasts guve her an upper hand as well they also never even mentioned her super nova ability and the way she struggles with fighting humans sometimes like-
I kinda agree with the nerf, the producers did not honored the character properly. But you're pushing it to much saying she's as strong as ww or superman bc she's nowhere nearly that strong. She's some levels below them. At maximum she could rival to Cyborg, Mera, maybe Donna Troy at the best.
I can tell you're just bandwagoning repeating what many people Say. Please read comics before an oppinion though
She would make a great Storm! Can she be the first to do both Marvel and DC?! Plz!
omg ur right
You forgot Ryan Reynolds?? 😂
Me: "Ay yo Statfire you can give me sunburn anytime 😂"
Starfire: "Careful what you wish for"
Her powers❤️🔥
I’m a proud Starfire fan
can't wait when she harness the sun's rays to fly her and Donna both flying in the sky having girl talks
Starfire has to be the best character in that show❤❤❤
Wow whats up did dc all in a sudden get awesome?!?!
Because it’s HBO Max, not CW. CW makes all their shows, especially DC shows, worse over time.
It's always been awesome.
You're just a casual.
The only real problem I had with this starfire was that super curly hair dew😅. The strait hair makes her look more grown up, more in charge 🤔
He forgot that Starfire’s weakness is at Night. Still badass though!
Love her
Do beast boy or Krypto or Wonder girl or even aqualad
Kori: "(grunts) Fucking night!"
You forgot super strength and fire resistance
Cool video
she ate yall mad deal with it
NEW SUBSCRIBER
She can fly tho
Dark skin black/brown starfire just hits different i also like her original orange colour skin but she was never meant to be white so many racists mad that starfire is played by a beautiful,black/brown woman who nailed her role well done Anna diop🥰😍🤎🤎.
Major cope
But she wasn't meant to be black as well
Nobody is saying she was white were saying she wasn't black. You exposed yourself
@@JayBobert-h1l she isn't
CAN YOU PLS DO TWITCHES 1 AND 2 AS A HOLLOWEEN SPECIAL PLS
I luv twitches 😭🤧
it doesn't make sense that her clothes don't burn, after all they are clothes from here on earth, with the exception of the purple dress that maybe is from her planet, the rest probably isn't
Her clothes would only burn if her fire hits them, there are some scenes when they should burn but overall they should be fine, despite her glowing skin
We spotted a PlotHole guys... Hehehe 😎
When I watched this show I thought I was gonna see more star bolts then fire💚
I really like this actress
This might be controversial but it’s not fire apparently it’s just solar energy but solar energy has the same color as fire so
QUEEN
I love how they made her black and a superhero ❤
They missed such a HUGE opportunity when they made her powers blue and not green
I was really hopeful for this show, but they did beastboy, raven and starfire dirty. 😢😢
I will always be in your videos until I make a video about zohan from the movie "you dont mess with zohan"
if you actually read the comics you’d know starfire is black and i do agree i wish her powers were more like the comics in the show she has more fire based instead of her starbolts and laser eyes
Shes not black lmao, are you blind!???
Where she was black
She was never black
When she uses her powers in season 1 her hair looks like hot Cheetos
Can you do Martian Manhunter’s powers from Supergirl?
Anna diop did a good job , but
If i'm one of executive producers i will start look at this names who will play starfire
Danielle Galligan - My 1st choice
Hailee steinfeld
Millie brady
Monica Barbaro
Alexandra Daddario
Selena Gomez
What do you think ?
I’m still mad the fire isn’t green, but other than that it’s cool
It might change up a bit later. Maybe as she grows stronger.
It was never supposed to be green because in the comics it wasnt
@@DelRae it doesnt matter if people like or not, but her original powers are not even green.
@@DelRaenahhh i disagree. no one has to make shit just because y’all like it and it’s trending lol.
I like Kory blue powers but I miss her fire powers
They should’ve given her her supersonic flight in this show
Thank you
1:58 Sheesh same song with The Umbrella Academh
Plz upload to beatsboy power
Same
I know that starfire is black here because she is a tamaran an alien, aliens dont have color when in earth and i think when she is in tamaran her skin turns to orange because of the sun and there power and tamaran blood
We need a proper live action dceu teen titans movie!
I really liked the character in seasons 2-4 but in one I really thought the wardrobe she was given was ridiculous. I kinda get what they were going for, but it didn't work.
Thermo shield
Now i get it why she is called Starfire
i just have one question: *is she even an alien anymore or just a person that got powers*
Nah she's an alien. There was a whole thing in the show with her ship getting destroyed along with someone coming to earth to take her back to her home planet. Also it's quoted many many times with her sister blackfire, mostly with some stuff about the cultural differences between their home and earth
@@shnoot8380 ooooooooooh
Starfire is black? Who's next? Bruce Lee?
What? 💀
I like her hair in season ✌
There is one power they forget is in the comics and in the cart Is that once she When she Kish a guy she can speak their language That's how I was going to speak American
Wait I watched all the seasons but I don’t remember a lot of this
She pretty amazing 👏 😍 💕
A STARFIRE who cant fly. Funny.
I’m not a hater but the only thing I don’t like is that she is not orange like in teen titans lol
Cool
Why the fuck they make her walk all the time she should levitating most of times and have her feet on the ground like bare minimum
I hate how her powers and starbolts are nothing like the cartoon. They could’ve atleast tried
I’m not getting why they changed her powers to electricity.
To explain the lore as I understand it’s been adapted in the show;
Starfire is the oldest sister in the royal family of Tamaran, and the next in line for the throne.
Since whan did Starfire do this much sunbath? o,O
-,-
Can stop every bullet, but can not stop knife and rope? XD
Whenever she makes her hair orange it looks like noodles😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
