mixing two male dogs might lead to some issues especially if they aren't fixed in my experience, but having a male shih tzu with a female Dogo puppy and raising it with your shih tzu should be ok especially if their fixed. I'm just speaking from my own experience with raising chihuahuas with a female German Shepherd they got along great, but everyone's experience could be different especially without proper training
