Sunlight for dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis treatment best I ever get. In summer 5-8 AM , Winter 6-9 AM . 1 hr is sufficient, Front face against sun for 1/2 hr backward face against sun 1/2 hr. Diadvantage -- don't go afterwards 9 AM because Sunlight become worse by UV rays .

Dont use steroids .. all dermatologist will recommend you that but they just mask the problem not the cure.... best ye hai ke aap aise treatment dhoonde jo long term use kar sakein aur safe ho because this has no cure.. mere recomendattion hai ke aap sulphur soap try karein ..

Do your 3 blood tests, Vitamin D3, Zinc, and Ferriten. Then ask a hair specialist whether what kinda deficiency you have. Lets say you vitamin d3 so you have to take this and with that drink a lot of water dail. Wash your hair daily with a good anti dandruff medicated shampoo.
